Yes, I would say that it is a concern that less than 50% of California considers English to be their first language. One way for the globalists to destroy a country is to destroy the language. And to destroy a country’s traditions and values, which the Leftists have done to the extreme in the last 10 years.

By the way, if the Democratic Party was REALLY concerned about the integrity of our Elections, then they would agree to Voter ID requirements.
Please, please provide me any reliable statistics that illegal voting has any sway on our elections or for that matter happens much at all. Do you not remember the commission that tried to “prove” the 3-4 or so million unclaimed votes. Have you ever considered how much coordinated fraud would have had to happen at thousands of polling locations for those kind of numbers? What can be shown is how is disproportionately this affects minorities and how unnecessary it is.

I’m not sure where you get that statistic from, but what does it matter if English is your first language? This country has never been a mono-lingual nation, indeed there is no official language. In my son’s school there are 40 plus languages spoken at home. Guess what? Things are going just fine. What’s the issue with knowing more than one language anyway? I take some pride at knowing a smattering of two other languages aside from English.

I can almost guarantee you many of the instability problems in Latin America have roots directly or indirectly through 100 plus years of American intervention along the lines of the Monroe Doctrine. For those who aren’t aware, a Banana Republic is a real thing (not a clothing store)…and guess which county the term was coined for? Ding, ding if you came up with Honduras and the United Fruit Company. Honduras is the poster child for many of the things the US has done to promote its financial, political, and military interests. We own part of this issue.
Exactly right. the US is at least partly responsible for the desperate conditions that these poor people and their children have to face. Since the US has caused the problem, it is up to the US to help to solve this problem. IMHO, the best thing would be to grant asylum to these people and to stop spraying them and their children with toxic gases such as chloroacetophenone (CN) and chlorobenzylidenemalononitrile (CS). These gases can cause:
  • Eyes: excessive tearing, burning, blurred vision, redness
  • Lungs: chest tightness, coughing, choking sensation, noisy breathing (wheezing), shortness of breath
  • Skin: burns, rash
  • Other: nausea and vomiting
  • Blindness
  • Immediate death due to severe chemical burns to the throat and lungs
  • Respiratory failure possibly resulting in death.
I am sure that there is a way to help these desperate people. Doesn’t Jesus want us to help those less fortunate than ourselves?

United Fruit Company, banana republic, that was Guatemala not Honduras, I’m almost positive.

Per the president of Guatemala before the coup, Arbenz:
His policies ran afoul of the United Fruit Company, which lobbied the United States government to have him overthrown. The US was also concerned by the presence of communists in the Guatemalan government, and Árbenz was ousted in the 1954 Guatemalan coup d’état engineered by the US Department of State and the Central Intelligence Agency.
And at the same time, I’d acknowledge those were different times, we were concerned about Communism and nobody will convince me differently, Communism committed great wrongs between Stalin and Mao and many others, Cambodia for example.

Off-topic, but apparently we were involved some in the overthrow of Africa’s Patrick Lumumba back in 1961 (and it was immediately before JFK became president).

If people are willing to take the time to get an ID to cash their checks, then they sure can take the time to get a voter ID. If they’re too lazy or “inconvenienced” to make the effort to get a voter ID, then perhaps they don’t deserve to vote.

I am glad that more people are being sent to the border to process these people. However, if the idea is to send them all back despite their need for asylum, then the blood of those that are murdered when they are sent back, if this happens, will be on the hands of Jeff Sessions, and Donald Trump, and all here and elsewhere that support sending people to their deaths for their place of birth.

I have a “fear of the Lord” to say some of the things I read here.
And the blood of those killed and raped on the way to the border, die crossing the Rio Grande or deserts of Arizona, killed by cartels, people smugglers… are on the hands of those who are for lenient border controls and lenient border enforcement. There’s a lot more of those than your scenario.

Those who demand unvetted open borders apparently don’t care about the children who are victims of sex-trafficking, the children who are victims of drug cartels (in excess of 80% of our illegal drugs come through the southern border: opioids, etc.) and the children victims of MS-13 who are PERMANENTLY separated from their parents. Come through LEGALLY.

hey @Loud-living-dogma you notice the name on the pic you posted is ‘Matamoros’?

The license plate on that truck looks UK.
So the caravan is a British attempt at revenge for American independence?
Or some other twisted scheme, but I’m sure @Cruciferi is in on it and will keep us posted 🙂

Or he stumbled on something he shouldn’t have and is in grave danger!
@Cruciferi we have three choices here:

a) get a beer.
b) get your lawyer.
c) get @ZMystiCat 's phone number, she watches southpark and worries about you.

The United States takes in a million legal immigrants per year, which is far more than any other country. The United States is the most generous country in the world. Ever notice which country almost always gives the most in donations to help a foreign nation that is the victim of natural disasters, etc?: the United States, of course.

The report is highly dubious, coming from Trump Supporters .I didnt see any ASIAN or Hispanic sounding members of the Board.I thought it was from independent source .LOL,they are asking for donation for what ,their lavish lifestyle ,like Manafort .Their hatred for OBAMA is beyond words!
