I want to know who the Department of Homeland Security is gearing up for war against.

-Recent amended order for 450 million hollow point bullets: too expensive for training and not suitable for warfare (Geneva accords).

-7,000 fully auto assault weapons

-Large supplies of riot gear resulting in local LE shortages

-2,700 armored vehicles

Who are they going to war with?

Something smells rotten in this nation. 😦

Obama’s stance on guns while he was in Chicago is all you need to know about his mentality on the issue. Ignore what he says now and read what he said in the past.

DHS is simply the federal police acting on a local basis to keep the masses in line.

Economic chaos is coming and they know it. It’s just another excuse for a power grab.

People need to wake up.

I think gun ownership is a very cultural issue in the US. That’s why many Australians and probably people outside the US don’t understand what the big deal is about.
 
Went shooting last night, it’s been a couple weeks. Felt good, but I could have used another hour easily. Might go again today or tomorrow. Got to try out a gun I’ve been thinking about buying. Liked it, but the aim on it was high. Good times.

It would appear that gun ownership is a very practical issue in most free societies.

The other reason you don’t understand “what the big deal is about” is because your little countries never had the intestinal fortitude to revolt against The Crown in any meaningful and historically significant way.
