I think women in general have a problem running for office, particularly such a high office. Just the fact they are women turns off some of the electorate, not only some men but some women as well. We have all kinds of stereotypes about women.
I am sure she will receive better treatment by the opposing party and the media than how Sarah Palin was treated when she was the VP candidate.

She is not likeable just like Hillary was not likeable.
You’re going to have to verify that type of softball claim.

Palin was just not ready for the national spotlight and reacted like a deer caught in headlights. Remember, she had never been out of the country before McCain picked her? She had a lot of catching up to do (and got a lot of coaching) but still fumbled questions like: “What newspapers do you read each day?” How hard is that?

I think Palin received the treatment of a national candidate, very little of which was unfair.

Sarah Palin, like Dan Quayle before her, was just not ready for prime time. However one may disapprove of Hillary Clinton or Kamala Harris, they are/were ready for the job.

Sarah Palin was more than ready. She was the Governor of Alaska. The one who
was not ready was John McCain. Sarah campaigned harder than he did and she
had more going for her.

The liberals saw her as a threat, so, like Donald Trump, she became a target of mockery, ridicule and jokes. @meltzerboy2 @Nepperhan

I agree with the first part, not the second.

Hillary had no experience governing nor in business leadership. Being a spouse of a leader is not the same as being a leader. Her Senate time was marginally qualifying while her stint as SOS was poor, highlighting her weaknesses for any who cared about facts over spin.

Kamala has leadership experience while a DA, but what she accomplished is working against her.
