Doesn’t the patriotic association support forced abortions?

Yes.
The Chinese government is explicitly atheistic.
It forces women to have abortions to control population.
Torture and persecution of the Catholic Church.
Etc…

And Francis still wants to accept them? Wow…a scourge to our Church

They are loyal to the state, not the Holy See. The state enforces forced abortion.

Is there something in writing and not an oral he said she said reference that backs this up?
Im still trying to find the answer to this question as I want to know the answer too.
I went to the patriotic catholic website and searched abortion. Nothing that I can see is problematic so far.
Found a spiritual article
http://www.chinacatholic.cn/html/report/16050014-1.htm
That talks about the difficulty in getting young people to confess mortal sins which are hard to admit. The examples it gave were premarital sex and abortion. So from this article it seems to recognise it is a mortal sin.
Anyway I’m sure some of you conspiracy theorist will say this is all a facade and in the background it is tacitly approving all sorts of evil acts.

When Cardinal Zen was upset about the way that Pope Francis has handled the talks he said:

“How can they believe they know the situation better than me? Better than Archbishop Savio Hon Tai-Fai, who is the number two in the Congregation of Evangelisation? We are Chinese! We have been in China so many years, teaching in the seminaries, spending six months a year there and seeing what’s going on with our own eyes. They don’t believe us. They don’t listen to us. So terrible.”
Shame on Cardinal Zen. Such hubris have no place in the Catholic Church. I wish he stops making all sorts of ridiculous comments and stop ruining Hong Kong.

“Hubris”? How about the “hubris” of those who try to overturn divine precepts and centuries of years of consistent teaching on moral theology? They’re not “hubristic” I guess?

I have no idea what this could possibly refer to. Your rhetorical question seems to assume something, but it is not clear what.

Absolutely deplorable, but not at all surprising in the current climate.

Absolutely wonderful
people need to open their eyes and see what is happening in China and stop using their old prejudices and bias from an era that is long gone.
Well done Vatican!!!
Can’t be any more happy than this.
