This is a poor reason to support killing innocent children, even if it’s true, which you don’t actually know.
Explain how it is poor reasoning?

I am not disagreeing with you on the sanctity of life from the womb until the tomb. Life is a Blessing that the Lord has placed on each one of us.

The problem I have is that you are making a claim, yet have no data to support it? The only rebuttal that you can provide to anyone that questions your proclamation is that everyone is a liberal; which is simply argumentative.

Put politics aside for a moment; for any service you hire, contract or conduct yourself - there is some level of expectation? I am not talking just monetary compensation. Often times it is simply the satisfaction of positive results? However, we need some method in determining when those criteria’s have been reached or are progressing an a positive manner? That would not be unreasonable?

I don’t think the reason is being used to support abortion, just to question support of Trump. That’s not the same thing.
Maybe not, but support of abortion and support of those who support abortion are the same thing.
So you say. I disagree.

Since Trump supports abortion, does that mean that all those who support Trump support abortion?
He doesn’t, and the prolife movement supports him. Why are you supporting the abortion politicians?

He supports abortion in cases of rape, incest, life of the mother. Isn’t abortion still abortion no matter the reason? And life of the mother covers a lot.

So Trump does support abortion per his own tweets. Per your own blanket statement, since you support Trump, you support abortion.
Never have I said I excuse allowing abortion in the cases of rape or incest. I don’t, and if Trump truly believes they should be legal, I condemn it. But we have to be careful when it comes to the life of the mother because the Church itself approves of it under certain circumstances.

But Trump does not insist we “change our religion” (as Hillary did) to accommodate abortion, nor does he force Catholic institutions to provide abortifacients as Obama did. Nor does he use tax money to pay for abortions abroad as Obama did. Nor does he appoint pro-abortionists to the federal courts in order to preserve abortion, as Obama did. Nor, of course, does he countenance the killing of millions as Obama did.

That’s a big difference. It may be hoped that Trump will eventually accept the Catholic view, notwithstanding that he is a member of a church that countenances abortion. He has come a long way toward it. Democrat Biden, gets farther away despite being Catholic, like Pelosi who heretically claims that her Catholicism makes her an abortion supporter. With Trump, there is perhaps invincible ignorance. With Biden and Pelosi, they are fully aware of their evil and intend it.

That is fair. But if you adhere to the idea that objection to legislation that outlaws abortion is equal to support of abortion, and that support of politiciaans who object to such legislation is equal to support of abortion, then, by you own train of thought, you support abortion.
nsist we “change our religion” (as Hillary did) to accommodate abortion
FAKE news.

I was challenging your statement that anyone that supports or votes for a politician that is pro-abortion (which Trump is) then they themselves are pro-abortion.

You posted the statement that implicated all Trump supporters as pro-abortion. That is the problem with such broad statenents. They brand a lot of people with a scarlet letter.

Those who knowingly support politicians who support abortion have a mark worse than a scarlet letter. For a Catholic, there’s no excuse whatever.

Supporting a politician who appoints prolife justices and undoes the pro-abortion policies of Obama does not make one pro-abortion.

Trump is pro-abortion. Full stop.

You are supporting an abortionist according to your definition

That’s the closest to pro-life that we can get and since that covers a tiny fraction of abortions it is intellectually dishonest to try to equate it to a pro-choicer.

I have been very careful to say pro-abortion, not pro-choice.

And since no one running for President is anti-abortion (in all situations, full stop), then one will be voting for a pro-abortion candidate, no matter who they vote for.

That is the problem with putting out statements like “if you support someone who is for abortion, you are supporting abortion yourself”. If-Then statements can be nasty things.

I refuse to accept that there are only two alternatives: Anti-abortion and pro-abortion. There can be constitutionalists and I have never heard a person saying that he or she was in favor of abortion. Maybe there are some people like conservatives as to civil rights – in favor of it in concept but unable to support anti-discrimination laws. Reagan comes to mind.

I’m sorry, but I don’t understand what this means.

So someone can be for abortion and pro-life at the same time. You need to explain that one a little more
There are people who are anti-abortion; there are also people who think it is legal. Finally there are people who want abortion to be legal – three different groups. Not one is pro-abortion.
