Doesn’t mean it’s not a buzzword.
Just curious, have you done much reading or study about the liturgy, history of the liturgy, and liturgical music? You’re entitled to your opinion, but it’s not fair for you to spew it as fact. I’m sure there are people who disagree with me, and there are people who agree, too. And like I said earlier, that’s okay.
One thing I know for sure, is that I’m not going to hell for worshiping God with a worship song that kinda sounds poppy. And you’re not going to hell for worshiping God with a Gregorian chant, or an old hymn. That’s okay, worship God in whatever way you see fit.
The constant teaching of the Church is the husband is the head and this means authority. The weight of prayers is based on authority. It is the same as both parents having more powerful prayers for their children due to their authority. Or a pastor having more powerful prayers over his flock.Different roles maybe, setting one or the other up as an authority over the other one and claiming the prayers of the authority carry more weight before the Almighty, not so much.
LOL stating your age is very relevant to the naivety which you are bringing to this situation. If you were 30 your attitude would be abhorrent but it is forgivable but because you are a teenage child.Stating my age is not an argument. Please refrain from doing so in the future.
Your age is the reason to give you benefit of the doubt. I would not do so for a person who was older.Stating my age is not of itself an argument.
LOLI’m tired of this politically correct bollocks. Men and women are equal inside the sacrament of marriage. However, they are not the same. I have more testosterone than females. My brain is wired differently to females. We are suited to different roles in the raising of children. This is the continuous, infallible teaching of the church. To deny it is heresy.
