That was a very good statement of the dangers and pitfalls ofchurch and state being in bed together. There is no good in going back to that model, which had already been abandoned everywhere, and for very good reasons.
Sure there is. Why is the secular liberal approach the only tolerated one, the secularists have somehow convinced everyone that their way is the only option. Besides if you really want to attack that one of the big players of the west the UK still plays dress up with a queen and state church.

Yes, I’m posting now, but there are times when I can’t post at all, i.e., it can last for hours.

p.s. I assume it’s a bug, but on my system or CAF’s??
As someone who has been banned occasionally for unnacceptable behavior, I am certain that this is not how CAF bans people. You might want to pm someone in the help forums to see if there is anything that they can do.

Yes, I’ll do that. Thanks.

I don’t have anything against the pomp and ceremony of the royals. There is beauty and tradition and pride in being British involved in all the regalia. The Queen is no longer a political figure, so she can be a focus of British unity that goes beyond political stances.
And certainly, it is a far, far better state of affairs for Catholics n Britain today than when being truly British meant that one was also Anglican or at least Protestant. A lot of the problems with the Irish in Great Britain of yesteryear, or even the Metis in Canada, had to do with this bonding of church and state.

It is the only thing that would make sense of a lot of what is happening on this forum for sure.

Nobody in the real world holds some of the positions that people hold here.
What are you implying? That everyone who doesn’t just listen to BBC propaganda (coming from them its hilarious considering their record of bias and propoganda on issues) on CAF is a paid Kremlin troll? Wasn’t there an article about poroshenko recruiting a western troll army. Would you like it if people accused you of being one of Poroshenkos trolls. Who on here do you think is explained (names) by this typical one sided anti Russian BBC hack piece?

Closing your eyes and pretending that something doesn’t exist doesn’t make it not real and a lot of people don’t but into the western propaganda of demonizing Russia or whoever is in their crosshairs.

Its still a state church though and the Queen isn’t only a secular figure she is the defender of the faith and the head of the state church. So do you have a huge problem with this more egregious mixing of church and state then what Russia has or does being on team west cover for that?

???
Apparently, the latest false allegation we see here now is that if you are not pro-Kiev, you must be a troll paid by the Kremlin disinformation machine? Is that what you are implying?

We might as well come clean.
I am the Ernst Stavro Blofeld. My other ‘compatriots’ here on CAF have stolen access codes on this site and will use it for our space weapon that can fire a devastating electromagnetic pulse toward Earth.
And no Mr. Darryl, we don’t expect you to talk…
😃
More effective if read with a Russian accent.

Just testing to see if my posts go. I have had at least one post that never showed up.

Hmmm…I don’t know.
There’s that Putinista poster.
That Jharek guy is married to a Russian and has admitted taking “frequent” trips to Russia. VERY suspicious.
And then there’s Tomdstone, obviously a fake name. His real name is probably Tomdstonski.
I’ve think we’ve stumbled on a whole fifth column!!!
😃

A whole thread was taken out (over 50% of Ukrainians. . ), so that may be why your post never showed up.

What I am saying is that at least that makes sense of what I am reading.

I’m slavic so obviously I report to the head of the KGB internet trolling department section CA. Not to mention my avatar is actually a photograph of the man who pays me for making these posts.

So instead of putting the article against reality and testing its validity your approach is to validate the article and make reality conform to it in your view. But if you do believe it than who is part of this troll group here? Can you name them?

I have been out several hours. Was there any reason given for removing the thread?
I think it was removed because its had an article from RT which is banned here. While that is incredibly biased and unfair, it is an american forum so I just learn to accept the different treatment certain things receive.

How would I even know?
I am only making a commentary on what I am able to discern, and that is the bizarre claims that people are making on behalf of Russia.
Nobody I have met in the real world would come up with such claims.

What do you think I am a cartoon character that lives on the internet and not the real world? Broaden your horizons and beyond the economist and Fox news many people including Pat Buchanan and others don’t share your views. The bizarre claims about the west given hear and the whitewashing that they receive makes me scratch my head at those outlandish claims. Things like expecting Crimean’s to self hate themselves and spit at the idea of being Russian just because the western masters want Crimean ports for Nato. Crimean’s should now be punished for even associating themselves with those inferior Russians that they got what they deserved for not self hating enough I guess and running around with right sector.

Have you ever heard of the American conservative political commentator Pat Buchanan? He was a senior advisor to President Richard Nixon, President Gerald Ford, and President Ronald Reagan. He also ran for President himself.
Here is what he has to say about Putin paranoia:
Russia is a natural ally and Russia is on our side:
