Amen to everything you said, Lisa. It’s going to take an act of God to save America from the likes of Obama and his uninformed and/or diabolical minions. Rob
what I fear most is the American electorate that voted for him a second time!! 😦

ME TOO! I cannot tell you the anger I have toward those who voted for him in ignorance. If you agreed with him fine…I don’t agree with YOU but at least you are a responsible voter who understands what you are doing. But I believe a majority of his voters were simply ignorant of what he was, what he stood for, and what kind of corrupt and inept administration he created. Or they voted for him because he was black. Whenever I hear a black person on the radio calling one of my talk show hosts they are blindly supportive regardless of what his tenure has done to damage the black community…abortion support being one of the worst of his areas of focus. The pandering to the enviornmentalists thus reducing job growth in industries that used to employ blue collar workers is another. Obamacare is another job killer.

FWIW everyone in my office who supported him last time, thought better of it this time. More than one said 'You were right about Obama…" but not enough of them changed apparently.

Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice shame on you. I hope all those who participated in his election are having a bit of buyer’s remorse. Too bad we are suffering for their poorly thought out decision.

I have a very loving brother who is very bright, and earns tons of money, but he is an Obot drone. It truly is maddening to know that he has refused to accept the fact that he screwed up badly the first time, and instead continues to support this despot. If he was a dirtbag, I could understand, but he isn’t. He is a very generous man. There is no rhyme or reason that he aligns himself unwittingly against freedom and the U.S. Constitution. Blessings, Rob 🤷

I think a lot of nice people supported Obama. Some of them go to my parish 😦 I know there were fewer Obama stickers on cars at Mass than last time, but there are still a few, nice people, mostly school teachers or social workers. It particularly galls me when otherwise faithful Catholics seem to ignore issues like abortion because he has a D behind his name. It’s like they are such nice people they are just blind to the evil that results from this kind of ideology. Hopefully the scandals will help to block further entrenchment of the oppressive government intrusion into our lives. Once the public trust is lost, I just don’t think it will ever return.

BTW I saw a report of a lower level State Dept (I think) employee who was put on administrative leave five months ago after Benghazi and is still in limbo. He apparently can’t do anything because he wasn’t fired. I guess he’s starting to talk so maybe we’ll learn more although he seems more of a scapegoat than anything. I guess that’s their way of showing they did something…

Well, there were a lot of groups that were trying to set themselves as tax-exempt organizations to run issue ads with a conservative position, but regrettably they weren’t able to get approval until after the elections.

👍👍 Absolutely, this is why this may be very important, Tea Party won a lot in 2010; so I remember reading articles about if the Tea Party was active in 2012? Maybe they were somewhat shut down, that is what this is about.

That’s the opportunity, though, convincing good people that they have been deceived. Obama’s voters fell into three camps, IMO: The riffraff, who reflexively gravitate to other devils, for whom there is little hope; the scared, who can’t imagine how they will survive w/o government largesse being delivered to them, of whom a small portion can be convinced that the lot of their posterity will be woeful if the private sector isn’t resurrected; the duped, the more intelligent among them can be persuaded through courageous, tough campaigns that “nice fellows” like Obama are really hostile to American foreign, economic and family interests. The cumulative gain can serve to snatch victory from defeat.
One can only imagine at this juncture, with so many disgusting Obama scandals breaking, just how many people realize that they have been played as chumps, and will be willing to admit it. :hmmm: Rob

Yes exactly. There is something about admitting you were wrong that is extremely difficult. We can see that with Obama himself. He absolutely will not admit he was wrong even if the evidence is clear and convincing. I think the same goes for Obama voters, particularly since many of them voted on feelings not facts. So in effect the facts do not matter…to Obama or his voters.

I recall during the campaign how we were advised NOT to tell the 08 voters they were foolish or ignorant because the loss of face is devastating. And the loss of “face” after yet another successful al Qaeda attack, even after Bin Laden was killed, may have been quite devastating to the campaign.

I think it’s easier when you have big name Obama supporters turning on him. Being stupid alone is devistating, being stupid in a group is much easier to handle. 😃

PJM EXCLUSIVE: Ex-Diplomats Report New Benghazi Whistleblowers with Info Devastating to Clinton and Obama
More whistleblowers will emerge shortly in the escalating Benghazi scandal, according to two former U.S. diplomats who spoke with PJ Media Monday afternoon.
These whistleblowers, colleagues of the former diplomats, are currently securing legal counsel because they work in areas not fully protected by the Whistleblower law.
According to the diplomats, what these whistleblowers will say will be at least as explosive as what we have already learned about the scandal, including details about what really transpired in Benghazi that are potentially devastating to both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
The former diplomats inform PJM the new revelations concentrate in two areas — what Ambassador Chris Stevens was actually doing in Benghazi and the pressure put on General Carter Ham, then in command of U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) and therefore responsible for Libya, not to act to protect jeopardized U.S. personnel.
Stevens’ mission in Benghazi, they will say, was to buy back Stinger missiles from al-Qaeda groups issued to them by the State Department, not by the CIA. Such a mission would usually be a CIA effort, but the intelligence agency had opposed the idea because of the high risk involved in arming “insurgents” with powerful weapons that endanger civilian aircraft.
Hillary Clinton still wanted to proceed because, in part, as one of the diplomats said, she wanted “to overthrow Gaddafi on the cheap.”
This left Stevens in the position of having to clean up the scandalous enterprise when it became clear that the “insurgents” actually were al-Qaeda – indeed, in the view of one of the diplomats, the same group that attacked the consulate and ended up killing Stevens.
The former diplomat who spoke with PJ Media regarded the whole enterprise as totally amateurish and likened it to the Mike Nichols film Charlie Wilson’s War about a clueless congressman who supplies Stingers to the Afghan guerrillas. “It’s as if Hillary and the others just watched that movie and said ‘Hey, let’s do that!’” the diplomat said.
He added that he and his colleagues think the leaking of General David Petraeus’ affair with his biographer Paula Broadwell was timed to silence the former CIA chief on these matters.
Regarding General Ham, military contacts of the diplomats tell them that AFRICOM had Special Ops “assets in place that could have come to the aid of the Benghazi consulate immediately (not in six hours).”
Ham was told by the White House not to send the aid to the trapped men, but Ham decided to disobey and did so anyway, whereupon the White House “called his deputy and had the deputy threaten to relieve Ham of his command.”
The White House motivation in all this is as yet unclear, but it is known that Ham retired quietly in April 2013 as head of AFRICOM.
PJ Media recognizes this is largely hearsay, but the two diplomats sounded quite credible. One of them was in a position of responsibility in a dangerous area of Iraq in 2004.
We will report more as we learn it.

Note:

***It has long been part of the Washington game for officials to discredit a news story by playing up errors in a relatively small part of it. Pfeiffer gives the impression that GOP operatives deliberately tried to “smear the president” with false, doctored e-mails.

But the reporters involved have indicated they were told by their sources that these were summaries, taken from notes of e-mails that could not be kept. The fact that slightly different versions of the e-mails were reported by different journalists suggests there were different note-takers as well.***

The entire interview was a litany of non answers to straightforward questions. Instead of addressing the facts brought out by the emails or to respond to the questions such as why do the emails start two days AFTER the attack with nothing in between and where was the President during the attack along with his actions, Pfeiffer focused on what were very slight differences in words although the message was the same…get everyone on board with the same (false) story.

Regarding the other article from PJ Media, there have been multiple reports of Stevens’ activity in Benghazi and possible arms sales. I think we will find out something about this issue soon.

is he a religious man that believes in our Creator or is he someone who is agnostic or atheist and feels he is the one in charge? there are many bright people who align themselves with the left simply because they want to set up their own rules to live by.

I am afraid of who the American electorate could nominate in 2016 if they don’t wake up and continue to feel that Obama has been a good president and think he is doing a good job.

Great question. I think he is still a believer in God, but I think that he has become a very good rationalizer. He used to be a fellow Baptist growing up, but I think that college and a personal propensity to believe in Utopian rhetoric has transformed his thinking over time. As I said, he is an awesome guy, but I guess he is incorrigibly gullible. 😦
