I didn’t see this when I wrote my last post. Anyhow I don’t wish to insist on those who try to make this thread and others “interesting” and… quite offensive.
I’d rather ignore them from now on…
The truth is ussually interesting isn’t it? People who care about the truth are not offended by it. Read my posts on Islam and let me know which of them lack truth. Perhaps I could be more diplomatic but I refuse to be less honest.

…If they do, they won’t tend to massacre us for any reason, even “religious” ones, will they?
well , religious persons are supposed to be the best persons in the world. Those who commit crimes in the name of God/ religion , they are not religious at all. They are just using it .

Well, people, let’s get on with life. We will heed good and reasonable advice, but lets’ get on. Those who have contributed immensely one way or the other, praise God for that. Do not feel intimidated from voicing your opinion if you feel it’s the right thing to do. Ultimately this Forum has its own rule which decides if we ever cross the line. 🙂

The best course of action is to ignore a thread if one cannot stomach it or better still start a new one of your own You can have complete control and do anything there yourself. 🙂

What you have written is perfectly true. But it is rather late and a long time that it had been denied. The Muslims were being given lessons in Jihad. Maudoodi sahib wrote a book (his first one, in 1928 A.D.) on the subject of Jihad with picture of swords on the title page. He supported the Jihad with the sword.

Perhaps a similar case was with the Brotherhood (Ikhwaan) in Egypt, and may be many in palestine (I do not know).

It was wrong to put the poor Muslims on a war path, to seek political solutions by weapons. That trend is even now continued in the form of suicide bombers.

There have been many grave mistakes in the Muslims. This preaching of Jihad with the sword was one of those mistakes. The religion Islam is the best and it means peace. But the Ulema (teachers) lost the message of peace. So they brought a bad name to the religion i.e. Islam.

According to some write-ups on Osama BenLaden, he is supposed to be a good Muslims. He is faithful in his prayers, giving alm generously, study the Quran and believe faithfully in the teaching of Islam. He is discipline and careful not to do anything that may contradict Islam. He does not indulge in activities that are considered haram. He does not drink or womanize. Many Muslims consider he is a role model Muslim. As far as I know, no Muslims can say that he is a kafir.

Do you think Osama is not religous?

This thread is not for bashing Islam or Muslims, this thread is for revealing the ridiculous claims and beliefs of Islam, most of which Muslims are afraid to tell non-Muslims because they believe non-Muslims just won’t understand them (at least, that’s my assumption of why Muslims don’t tell these silly beliefs to others).

Below is a list of nonsense which I’ve gathered from the Koran and from Hadiths.
  • If you fart during prayer, your prayers won’t be answered
  • Christians believe the Trinity is Jesus, Mary, and the Holy Spirit
  • The Holy Spirit is an angel
  • Jesus is the Messiah but He never fulfilled the OT prophecies
  • Adam was created from fire
  • Satan is a jinn, not an angel
  • Christians and Jews will not go to Hell
  • Christians and Jews will go to Hell
  • On the last day, Jesus will kill the Jews
  • Jesus was never crucified nor did He die
  • Muslims must face Jerusalem when praying
  • Muslims must face Mecca when praying
  • Islam was proclaimed by all of the great OT and NT prophets, including Adam, Abraham, Moses, Isaiah, and Jesus
  • Islam will no longer be practiced before the last day
  • Angels don’t have free-wills
  • On the last day everyone will ask Jesus to pray for them, but he will tell mankind to ask Mohammed instead
  • On the last day Jesus will rebuke the law of the gospel
  • Before the last day, Muslims must fight the Jews
  • Muslims can’t talk to their brothers for more than three days
  • Actions are judged by God based on intentions
  • Christian exaggerate in praising Jesus
  • The fart belief I got from another user on CAF on another thread.
Muslims, feel free to argue these claims. Non-Muslims, feel free to add anything you know about Islam.

Again, no bashing Islam or Muslims.
You are bashing.

Unfortunately you are not only dishonest about your intentions, but you are also quite ignorant about the subject you are attacking. Now it appears a Muslim user has already debunked most of your non-sense so rather than address your numerous errors I will address the intention of your post. It is easy to simplify an ancient and enormously rich faith tradition with trite little summations to make it appear ridiculous.

Observe

Did you know Christian’s believe that God created the world in six days after which Adam and a women made out of his ribs ate an apple? Of course they only ate the apple because a talking snake tricked eve into it. Not to long after a fellow named Moses was convinced by a burning bush to save the Jews enslaved in Egypt. Anyway one thing led to another and as it turns out because of that whole apple incident God had to go to earth and get nailed to a tree so certain people may not be sent to eternal damnation provided they get some magic water sprinkled upon them and they east some bread that is actually their God!

What kind of moron could buy into that? Please post all the other idiotic things Christians believe.

By the way, this is NOT intended to bash Christians 😊

Well of course it is intended to bash Catholics. I really doubt you would appreciate some individuals reducing your faith to such a simplistic representation. Such smear jobs of other religions are highly counterproductive and entirely disrespectful.
Does my summation give justice to the richness of the Roman Catholic faith? No. Does your little venture into polemics do justice to the richness of the Islamic faith? No.

So why go down this route? Who not enter into a respectful dialogue with Muslims? A Roman Catholic Priest named Hans Kung has begun just such a dialogue with a recent book he wrote. I believe the Holy Father has also begun a dialogue with Muslim intellectuals. Why not follow their example rather than sink to such gutter tactics?
If you insist on taking the low road I would suggest at least studying the subject first.

I think this is a reasonable post. Do other Muslims agree with you on this?
Well, and I don’t mean this to be rude, rather than trying to discover the answer on an internet board why not go read Muslim writers and talk to Muslims.

Tariq Ramadan, Sayyed Hossein Nasr, and Ziauddin Sardar would be good places to start.

Well, since I was out for a few days for Thanksgiving - and I hope everyone had a very nice one - I did some reading and couldn’t believe my eyes on some of the stuff I read.

And keep in mind - this is from islam’s own texts. It is just neverending!

“…Allah sends his curses upon such ladies who lengthen their hair artificially.” (Sahih Bukhari: Vol 7, Book 62, No. 133)

“…I assure you that any woman of you who adorns herself with gold which she displays will be punished for it.” (Abu-Dawud, Book 34, No. 4225)

"Any woman who wears a gold necklace will have a similar one of fire put on her neck on the Day of Resurrection… (Abu-Dawud, Book 34, No. 4226)

"…if there is in anything an evil omen, it is a house, a horse and a woman.
(Abu-Dawud: Book 29, No. 3911)

“… I was shown the Hell-fire and that the majority of its dwellers were women who were ungrateful.” (Sahih Bukhari: Vol. 1, Book 2, No. 28)

-Gabriel had arranged to visit Muhammad at his house but the angel was frightened away by a puppy, as stated in the following text:
“A’isha reported that Gabriel (peace be upon him) made a promise with Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) to come at a definite hour; that hour came but he did not visit him. And there was in his hand (in the hand of Allah’s Apostle) a staff. He threw it from his hand and said: Never has Allah or His messengers (angels) ever broken their promise. Then he cast a glance (and by chance) found a puppy under his cot and said: 'A’isha, when did this dog enter here? She said: By Allah, I don’t know. He then commanded and it was turned out. Then Gabriel came and Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) said to him: You promised me and I waited for you. but you did not come, whereupon he said: It was the dog in your house which prevented me (to come), for we (angels) do not enter a house in which there is a dog or a picture.”
(Sahih Muslim, Book 024, Number 5246)
  • It is through this account that Muslims are forbidden to have dogs as pets. Muhammad ordered that dogs should be killed with the exception of those used specifically for protecting large property:
“Then on that very morning he commanded the killing of the dogs until he announced that the dog kept for the orchards should also be killed, but he spared the dog meant for the protection of extensive fields (or big gardens).”
Also; Sahih Muslim, Book 024, Number 5248:
  • It is also taught that Muslims who own dogs will lose “points” from their “good-deed rewards” that they are accumulating in order to gain “paradise:”
Malik related to me from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, “Whoever acquires a dog other than a sheepdog or hunting dog, will have two qirats deducted from the reward of his good actions every day.”
    (Malik’s Muwatta, Book 54, Number 54.5.13: )
  • As a type of “safeguard,” Muhammad prohibited the Qur’an from being taken on journeys where it could be read and debated by non-Muslims, thus, prohibiting his followers from being exposed to alternatives of religious thought. This type of control is used by tyrannical regimes in a closed society where the thought process of its citizenry are not allowed to be exposed to any other ideology. The fact that Muslims are threatened with death if they should choose another religion is evidence that they are being withheld from searching out the truth for themselves.
  • Possible Problems - I hope that no one thinks that it is the fault of any innocent bird that lives and they will not treat the birds any less humanely than we all should! Take note that our nations treat animals better than how humans are treated in muslim lands. Because the next one talks about ‘martyrs’ - those same ones who think that killing non-muslims will get them on a fast track to heaven!
There The souls of martyrs live in the bodies of green birds:
“…The souls, of the martyrs live in the bodies of green birds who have their
nests in chandeliers hung from the throne of the Almighty. They eat the fruits of Paradise from wherever they like and then nestle in these chandeliers…” (Sahih Muslim: Book 20, No. 4651)

Yeah, believe it - there is more 😃
  1. A man who holds his temper will get a “large-eyed maiden” in paradise:
“The Apostle of allah said: 'If anyone suppresses anger when he is in a position to vent it, Allah, the Exalted will call him on the day of Resurrection over the heads of all creatures, and ask him to choose any of the bright and large eyed maidens he wishes.”’

(Sunan Abu-Dawud: Book 41, No. 4759)
  1. Satan spends the night inside a person’s nose:
“…The Apostle of Allah said, 'When any one of you awakes up from sleep and performs ablution, he must clean his nose three times, for the devil spends the night in the interior of his nose.”

(Sahih Muslim: Book 002, No. 0462)
  1. The cry of a newborn infant is caused by Satan:
"…No child is born but he is pricked by the Satan and he begins to weep because of the pricking of the Satan…(Sahih Muslim, Book 030, No. 5837)
  1. Muhammad performed a miracle by “splitting the moon in two”:
"The moon was split (into two pieces) while we were with the Prophet in Mina. He said, ‘Be witnesses.’ Then a piece of the moon went towards the mountain. (Sahih Bukhari: Vol. 5, Book 58, No. 209)

(also mentioned in: Vol.4, Book 56, No. 830-832, Vol. 6, Book 60, No. 387, )
  1. Praying at the wrong time of day results in beatings:
“…‘Do not intend to do your prayer at either sunrise or sunset, for the horns of Shaytan rise with the rising sun and set with its setting…’ Umar used to beat people for that kind of prayer.”’
(Malik’s Muwatta: Book 15, No. 15.10.48-49)
  1. Muhammad prohibits looking toward heaven while praying:
“The Prophet said, ‘What is wrong with those people who look towards the sky during the prayer?’ His talk grew stern while delivering this speech and he said, 'They should stop (looking towards the sky in prayer); otherwise their eye-sight would be taken away.”’
(Sahih Bukhari: Vol 1, Book 12, No. 177)
  1. Beware of the single rider or a pair of riders who are travelling:
“The Apostle of Allah said: 'A single rider is a devil, and a pair of riders are a pair of devils, but three are a company of riders.”
(Sunan Abu-Dawud: Book 14, No. 2601)
  1. Beware of being one who sleeps-in late:
“It was mentioned before the Prophet that there was a man who slept the night (until) morning (after sunrise). The Prophet said, 'He is a man in whose ears (or ear) Satan had urinated.”’
(Sahih Bukhari: Vol. 4, Book 54, No. 492)
  1. Early Bedouins were assured of a large dwelling place in paradise:
“The Prophet said, 'A tent (in Paradise) is like a hollow pearl which is thirty miles in height and on every corner of the tent the believer will have a family that cannot be seen by the others.”’
(Sahih Bukhari: Vol. 4, Book 54, No. 466)
  1. Attendance for Friday prayers is monitored by angels at each Mosque:
“The Prophet said, 'On every Friday, the angels take their stand at every gate of the mosques to write the names of the people chronologically (i.e. according to the time of their arrival for the Friday prayer) and when the Imam sits (on the pulpit) they fold up their scrolls and get ready to listen to the sermon.” (Sahih Bukhari: Vol. 4, Book 54, No. 433)
  1. Seeing a snake could cause a pregnant woman to have an abortion:
“The Prophet ordered that a short-tailed or mutilated-tailed snake (i.e. Abtar) should be killed, for it blinds the on-looker and causes abortions.”
(Sahih Bukhari: Vol. 4, Book 54, No. 528)
  1. The housefly should be dipped into one’s drink:
“The Prophet said, 'If a house fly falls into the drink of anyone of you, he should dip it (in the drink), for one of its wings has a disease and the other has the cure for the disease.”’ (Sahih Bukhari: Vol. 4, Book 54, No. 537)

To you, are moderate Muslims not in tune with their religion? A number of posters on topics involving Islam (such as this one) seem to imply this…

Hi

You see nonsense in Islam, please don’t mind, as your approach to Islam is nonsensical. I have explained here on another thread, that basic source of Islam is Quran and sunnah, not the Hadith.

Hadith was collected from 150 to 200 hundred years after the demise of Muhammad. Muhammad never dictated Hadith to anyone.

If you will prefer Hadith over Quran; you will get a picture that would be , in my opinion, as nonsensical as the religions of Catholics/Protestants are or as nonsensical as Judaism or Hinduism or any other Revealed Religion is.

I think one should change one’s approach to Islam; so that with sense one can see sensical picture of Islam.

I love Jesus and Mary as I do love Buddha and Krishna.

Thanks

Hi neploho

The Muslims have three sources for establishing themselves on Islamic guidance.
  1. First, the Holy Quran which is the Book of God than which we have no more conclusive and certain statement. It is the Word of God and is free from all doubt and speculation.
  2. Secondly, the practice of the Holy Prophet, which is called Sunnah. We do not regard hadeeth and sunnah as one.
They are distinct, hadeeth is one thing and sunnah is another. By sunnah we mean the practice of the Holy Prophet, to which he adhered and which appeared along with the Holy Quran and will accompany it. In other words, the Holy Quran is the Word of God Almighty and the sunnah is the action of the Holy Prophet, peace be on him.
It has ever been the way of God that the Prophets bring the Word of God for the guidance of people and illustrate it in practice with their conduct so that no doubt should remain in the minds of people with regard to the Divine Word. They act upon it and urge others to do the same.
  1. The third source of guidance is hadeeth, by which we mean those traditions which were compiled from the statements of diverse narrators a century and a half after the Holy Prophet.
Now I mention salient features of the three sources of guidance:

• The distinction between sunnah and hadeeth is that sunnah is a continuous practice which was started by the Holy Prophet. It is only next to the Holy Quran in its certainty.

• As the Holy Prophet was commissioned for the propagation of the Quran, he was also commissioned for establishing the sunnah.

• As the Holy Quran is certain so is the continuous sunnah. Both these tasks were performed by the Holy Prophet as his duty. For instance, when the Prayer services were made obligatory, the Holy Prophet illustrated by his action how many rakaas were to be performed in each Prayer service. In the same way, he illustrated the performance of the pilgrimage. He thus established thousands of his companions on his practice.

• The practical illustration which has been continuous among the Muslims is the sunnah.

• On the other hand, the Holy Prophet did not have the hadeeth recorded in his presence nor did he make any arrangement for its compilation.

• Hazrat Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, had collected some ahadeeth and then had them burnt out of greater caution as he himself had not heard them from the Holy Prophet and did not know their reality.

• When the time of the companions of the Holy Prophet had passed some of their successors thought of compiling the ahadeeth and they were compiled.

• There is no doubt that most of the compilers of hadeeth were very pious and righteous. They tested the accuracy of ahadeeth as far as it was possible and tried to steer clear of such of them as in their opinion were manufactured, and they rejected every hadeeth any narrator of which was of doubtful veracity.

• As all this activity was ex post factum, it was no more than conjecture; yet it would be most unfair to say that all ahadeeth are vain and useless and false. So much care was taken in compiling the ahadeeth, and such research and criticism were employed in the task, that they cannot be matched in any other religion. The Jews also had compilations of hadeeth and Jesus was opposed by that sect of the Jews who followed the ahadeeth, but it is not proved that the Jewish compilers of hadeeth had exercised that care in compiling their collections as the Muslim compilers of hadeeth did.

• Nevertheless, it would be a mistake to imagine that till the ahadeeth were compiled, the Muslims were unaware of the details of Prayer services or did not know the proper way of performing the pilgrimage.

• The practical illustrations of the sunnah had taught them all the limits and obligations laid down by Islam.

• It is true, therefore, that even if the ahadeeth, which were collected after a long time, had not been compiled this would not have affected the real teaching of Islam for the Holy Quran and practice had fulfilled this need.

• The ahadeeth only added to that light and Islam became light upon light and the ahadeeth became testimonies for the Quran and sunnah.

• The Quran and sunnah should judge the ahadeeth and those that are not opposed to them should by all means be accepted.

• Hadeeth which is not opposed to the Quran and sunnah, should be accepted and followed.

Quran is a compact book; and is a book of systems. It provides the text and the context of the teachings for which sometimes the Whole book has to be searched, examined and then interpreted.

Hadith does not provide the context of the events properly recorded and hence some people cannot properly use it. It must be interpreted in the context provided by the Quran.
Quran of itself is a complete source and needs nothing to complete it, as against Hadith which has not this peculiarity as it was compiled very later and was never dictated by Muhammad in verbatum.

To sum up we may conclude that Hadith is not an arbiter of the Quran in any case. It is Quran that judges.

Thanks

I have read all these posts over the last few weeks with patience and in a spirit of learning. However, I can’t take much more of it. Islam, to me, is nonsense.

Catholic theology is difficult to understand but, thanks to the nature of the Catholic faith which came to us from Christ and His apostles and before them the Holy Prophets, I have a secure ground for my faith.

I will sign off from this forum because it is really making me quite upset. I am sick of seeing my Jesus referred to as a mere prophet when He is God Almighty. As for our Blessed Lady, I find the verses in the Koran insulting to her. She was His mother and stayed with Him until the end of His life and she was and is there after His resurrection and after her assumption into heaven, body and soul, to help and guide us to Him.

Ok, the sense I see in islam… looting, killing, stealing, lusting, enslaving, having people killed if they try to leave islam or if they bad mouth islam, and even their own women are treated poorly. Don’t give me the junk that they are elevated or else I will show you a pic of a woman hanging because she didn’t have four witnesses to her rape. Like the rapist was going to bring a ‘garden party’ to his deeds so he could be hanged instead! 🤷

In the koran there are surahs about jihad with 97% of them being for the violent jihad and 3% talking about the lesser jihads with the ‘inner struggle’ among those. And ‘moderates’ supposed and support the violent jihadists and wage jihad by deception, and any means necessary.

We don’t see any mass movement to stop the violence, to even speak out against it. Instead a lone muslim speaks out against it and tries to form a group and becomes an outcast while muslims (those so called ‘moderates’) draw cartoons depicting him as a dog. That is Dr. Zuhdi Jasser treatment by ‘moderates’.

Instead we see this from ‘moderates’. muslims are encouraged to help in the cause of islam by
  • aggressive participation in countries where political offices are open to all (while it is not true in countries where sharia laws rule - non-muslims cannot even join the military)
  • form support groups to further inroads into
    • education
    • the media
    • government agencies (CIA, FBI, Pentagon, etc)
    • entertainment industry
And we see this being done on forums like this where muslims give us abrogated surahs, and also give us the usual stuff when we show them their own text.

None of the above can be done by non-muslims in lands where sharia law rules.

How can so called ‘moderate’, or ‘peaceful’ muslims follow a guy such as mohammed? Even their own koran has the violence to wage against non-muslims. It is a very, violent book against the non-muslims and is not very holy for that reason. But, it is very holey, because of mohammed changing his mind so often, or forgetting what he said previously. He even blamed allah for that too.

Allah’s Apostle heard a man reciting the Qur’an at night, and said, 'May Allah bestow His Mercy on him, as he has reminded me of such-and-such Verses of such-and-such Suras, which I was caused to forget."

and;

“The Prophet (pbuh) said, 'Why does anyone of the people say, ‘I have forgotten such-and-such Verses (of the Qur’an)?’ He, in fact, is caused
(by Allah) to forget.”’ (Sahih Bukhari: Vol. 6, Book 61, No. 558-559)

In yet another account, it is reported that Muhammad had been bewitched so as to hallucinate things which he believed were actually happening:

“Magic was worked on the Prophet so that he began to fancy that he was doing a thing which he was not actually doing…”
(Sahih Bukhari, Volume 4, Book 54, Number 490, Narrated 'Aisha)

Here is an example of a difference between muslim countries and ours in the Constitutions:
  • Article Eight:
"Allah is its target, the prophet is its model, the Koran (Qur’an) its constitution: Jihad is its path and death for the sake of Allah is the loftiest of wishes:
  • Article Thirteen, paragraph 4:
“There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad.”
  • Article Fifteen, paragraph 3:
“It is necessary to instill in the minds of the Moslem generations that the Palestinian problem is a religious problem, and should be dealt with on this basis.” (Source: Hamas Covenant - 1988)
Article (12) “Complete liberation of Palestine, and eradication of Zionist economic, political, military and cultural existence.”

Article (17) Armed public revolution is the inevitable method to liberating Palestine."

Article (19) “Armed struggle is a strategy and not a tactic, and the Palestinian Arab People’s armed revolution is a decisive factor in the liberation fight and in uprooting the Zionist’s existence, and this struggle will not cease unless the Zionist state is demolished and Palestine is completely liberated.”

Article (22) “Opposing any political solution offered as an alternative to demolishing the Zionist occupation in Palestine, as well as any project intended to liquidate the Palestinian case or impose any international mandate on its people.”

Source: PLO Charter

Are all of you in so much fear that you cannot do/say anything even in our countries in the West? I don’t believe that since the increase in demands that we become more and more sharia compliant are coming from so called ‘moderates’. And where sharia laws are so are the highest human rights abuses with non-muslims and muslim women faring the worst.

Here is some nonsense about the muslim martyrs.
  • they get paradise and it is much better for the muslim male than the muslim female
  • islamic governments will give substantial monetary compensation to their families as a reward for their actions. - - shortly after 9/11, some Islamic groups in the Middle East went as far as to conduct fund raising telethons to raise money for the families of those suicide bombers who died for their cause. (saudi arabia did this)
  • The souls of martyrs live in the bodies of green birds:
“…The souls, of the martyrs live in the bodies of green birds who have their
nests in chandeliers hung from the throne of the Almighty. They eat the fruits of Paradise from wherever they like and then nestle in these chandeliers…” (Sahih Muslim: Book 20, No. 4651)

Now keep in mind that we have been reminded that the order muslims go by are the koran, sunnah and then the hadiths. Well, sharia laws are based on the first two. And here are some nonsense about that too. The nonsense is not necessarily that muslims believe they are superior (we should take that as a threat), but to show some of the nonsensical laws of sharia - that no mass of ‘moderates’ in any country can vote on to replace, change, delete, etc.

sharia law article

Some quotes to realize this is why muslim’s goals are to not necessarily to convert us, but to subjugate us and make sharia law the laws of our land to replace our Constitution.

**Kasem: To be sure, we must understand why Sharia is the life-force of Islam, and why Islam must impose (by force, if needed) Sharia to the entire world. Once we grasp this tenet, then we can understand how and why myriad specific Sharia laws affect lives.

The basic tenets of Sharia emanate with the assumption that Allah has chosen the believers (i.e., the Muslims) to rule the world. It might sound fascistic, but make no mistake: the Qur’an is absolutely determined to hand over the rule of the world to the followers of Islam: more specifically, to the Bedouin Arabs. Because Islam = Arabism. In the Qur’an (3:104, 3:110) Allah says that Arabs are the best of people ever created.

In verse 2:143 Allah says He changed Qiblah to distinguish between Muslims and non-Muslims. Maulana Maududi, the ideological guru of the current Islamists explains this verse in this manner: This constitutes the proclamation appointing the religious community (ummah) consisting of the followers of Muhammad to religious guidance and leadership of the world. In the second place there is an allusion to the change in the direction of Prayer from Jerusalem to the Ka’bah. People of limited intelligence could see no significance in this change of direction although the substitution of Jerusalem by the Ka’bah amounted to the removal of the Children of Israel from their position of world leadership and their replacement by the ummah of Muhammad (peace be on him).

Maududi, in connection with verse 2:145, even writes: To deviate from that knowledge to please others is tantamount to offending the prophetic mission and is inconsistent with the gratitude that the Prophet ought to feel for having been favoured with the position of world leadership.

In the above sentences Maududi clearly states that the Muslims are the chosen people of Allah to rule the world. **
