hiya, injesus…thanks for the welcome

eucharisted has used hyphens in front of his beliefs, so i figured it won’t be that tough to read & understand my post. thanks for letting me know; inshaa Allaah, i will present my posts better henceforth

If they are false, why not prove they are false?
I don’t think that he is used to reading. Heck they don’t even read their own texts or else they would know that wjat I got all this from IS FROM THEIR OWN TEXTS!

They cannot dispute it that is why this is just all another excuse for them not to respond. This is quite possibly the lamest excuse too - but hey, in their world it is an excuse. Any excuse is ok - just as long as it is an excuse. It is about as good as excuse as ‘my toenail is too long and that is why I cannot do something’.

I do not need to read any abuse. So no need to reply. I feel it the duty of all sensible person to reply to that nonsense. If they do not reply then I have no need to consider the Catholics as sane and gentle peopel.
I think some of these accusations you do not know the meaning of the words.

But, more likely you know that he was indeed all of these and you cannot refute them.

Some of the most appauling things that he had done was to call for the assasinations of two people - an old man over 100 years old and a young woman still suckling her baby. As for the pediphilia - that is just terrible, but in those days it was more common for men to do such things. What was wrong is that he did not honor her father’s request in that he take her when she was a bit older. He couldn’t even keep his word.

As for the accusations of looting and enslaving - well, he did that so often that I do not know how you could defend such a guy as mohammed for his greed.

Then there was the lusting after his son’s wife. All he said was ‘allah said it was ok’ (in so many words) and he took her for his own. His son probably had no recourse and of course we will never know how he felt about it since we only hear the story from mohammed’s viewpoint.

There is more - but to even think that this guy even should be defended is beyond me - but go ahead and try.

this is why mohammed had to redefine sin because he was so bad. And when he redefined sin the blind acceptance of this by others is what befuddles me. How could anyone think that doing such things to others just because they are not muslim is beyond the pale.

No, in those posts that planten doesn’t want to read - he knows I have refuted allah being the same God as the Israelites, and mohammed from being a prophet.

Writing in the Daily Telegraph yesterday, Amir Taheri offered his own explanation for the terrible slaughter in Mumbai:

“…it looks as if the perpetrators were trying to imitate the tactic of ghazwa, used by the Prophet against Meccan caravans in his decade-long campaign to seize control of the city. The tactic consists of surprise no-holds-barred attacks simultaneously launched against a caravan or settlement with the aim of demoralising the enemy and hastening his capitulation.”

And it seems that most of the money for this terror attack was raised in UK mosques. It seems that British Muslims have become a mainstay of the global ‘jihad’

(Analysis by Kim Sengupta/The Independent)
More than 4,000 British Muslims have passed through terrorist training camps in Afghanistan and Pakistan, according to security agencies, providing a fertile recruitment pool for the Islamist international jihad.

**British Muslim recruits have also been involved in other conflicts. Asif Hanif, 21, from London, killed three people and injured 55 by blowing himself up in Tel Aviv. A companion, Omar Sharif, 27, from Derby fled the scene after explosives strapped to his body failed to detonate and was later found dead, his body washed up on an Israeli beach.

Britain has also been accused of being the centre where a number of terrorist plots abroad were planned. Moutaz Almallah Dabas, a Syrian-born Spanish citizen accused of helping those who took part in the 2004 Madrid train bombings, was extradited from London to Spain after the discovery of links between the attack and an alleged cell in England.
**

This is why I find the koran and hadiths so disturbing. There is this thing called ‘sudden jihad syndrome’. There is no telling when it could ‘go off’ in someone. And it is all contained in the koran and hadiths with 97% of jihad being the violent kind against non-muslims that is preached in the koran.

Bump 🙂

I’ve been doing some thinking over Islam’s beliefs and I have come to the conclusion that they are supported by double standards and brainwashing (or something like brainwashing at least). I’m not accusing the clerics of brainwashing, though.

Examples of what I mean:

The Holy Spirit is the angel Gabriel. This would make sense from a purly face view: Gabriel is a spirit (angel) and he is holy. However, since Muslims are taking a Christian concept of the Holy Spirit and redefining it, it dose not make sense.

The Spirit of Truth, or Advocate, is Mohammed. This would make sense in light of the belief that on the last day Mohammed will be an advocate for all souls. The term “spirit of truth” would than be read as a symbolic title of Mohammed. However, again, Muslims are taking a Christian concept and redefining it, so it dose not make sense.

Allah and his followers fight the Jews. I really don’t know how the Muslims dodge this one - but they do, on these boards, let me tell ya, and they try to divert you away by talking about a spiritual jihad - and than they say the Jews are to be respected because of what Mohammed said. Well, okay, than who has more authority: the Koran (which Muslims equal to Jesus) or Mohammed (which Muslims equal to the New Testament)? By the way, in case you’re looking for Koran quote support of the belief that Allah fights the Jews, go here.

Just some examples 🙂

Mohamed is not from is not from our God. Our God is the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob. The Father of our Lord.

I find these facts disturbing, to the point where I can feel disgust, shame, and unbelief that such could be true. I am stunned from what I have read here, and I have dedicated hours on reading more to get my facts straight. I come to a conclusion that as much as I hate to believe it, the truth is that the issues are in fact in their own texts. I couldn’t believe that such a faith can be so disturbing. But it’s there… in their own texts.

I ask myself constantly, “Why?”. This is not the work of my God, not my God.

This is… just to disturbing…

Yes that’s what it seems to be. I don’t think this is big issue to Muslims but they put the argument here in a Catholic forum. You tend to wonder why. Except with the intention to confuse the Christians, their whole argument does not make sense.

What we can do in a situation like this is to pray very hard so that our own conviction in our faith will not waver. It is worthwhile to note that we may be dealing with the element of principalities and untruth.

Hi

I think when the posters here remain mostly focussed on the views expressed by Tradtional Muslims or their Clergy of Medievial Age thinking, rather than the truthful view of Muhammad/Quran/Islam; knowingly or unknowingly they are providing support to Terrorism.

If they are sincere they should isolate the terrorists from Muhammad/Quran/Islam; which is a truth. Please don’t let the terrorists get support from Muhammad/Quran/Islam which is not there; absolutely not at all.

I love Jesus and Mary as I do love Buddha and Krishna

Thanks

Paar,
If you found out that there was a militant group using your mosque to recruit and plan an attack, would you turn them in to the government? Would they be told to leave the mosque?

I know that as an Ahmahdi, you are very peaceful in the way you approach people, so you may not be the best example, but you are here.

a militant group using your mosque to recruit and plan an attack
Hi

I would be following what Muhammad did to the “Muslims”- a militant group using the mosque to recruit and plan an attack on innocent human beings. It is very much mentioned in Quran.

I love Muhammad, Jesus and Mary as I do love Buddha and Krishna

Thanks

So it is acceptable to use a mosque to plan attacks on non-Muslims, per the Qur’an?

Hi

How did you conclude it?

Quran is not very very bulky book. It is a compact book which one may carry in one’s pocket of an ordinary shirt of daily use. I thought you must be knowing it if you have read the Quran.

I don’t give any opinion on anybody’s religion unless I study their essential root/basic books.

I suggest to kindly start reading the Quran in this connection.

Quran would tell you; if you listen to it peacefully.

Thanks

Sorry, I misunderstood. You did not give me the sura information as to where to find it.

Hi ralphinal!

Thank you.

But excuse me, this time, I think I should give a chance to Sholars on Islam like Eucharisted or InJesus. I am just an ordinary man on the street; I have no claim to sholarship or piety.

Let us see what do they say?

Regards

I have no issue with that, but I always like to check the scholars against the man on the street, too.

You left out that they fight/kill the Christians too!

And the jihad in the koran is described as violent 97% of the time while the ‘inner struggle’ only about 3% or less since it is included in some other jihads. that is why the violent jihad is discussed more often. They only bring up the ‘inner struggle’ when they want to convince us that islam is peaceful - to the ignorant ones, the ones that they want to keep ignorant. Well, until the internet came along - non-muslims were never to discuss the koran/islam/mohammed. So we are in a very important time in history.

No offense, but you are not a good example of the average Mohammedan.
