More than 100 Silicon Valley leaders have slammed Donald Trump in an open letter posted on the website Medium Thursday.
“Trump would be a disaster for innovation,” they write. “His vision stands against the open exchange of ideas, free movement of people, and productive engagement with the outside world that is critical to our economy — and that provide the foundation for innovation and growth.”
The letter’s 145 signatories include Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, Slack co-founder and CEO Stewart Butterfield, Yelp CEO Jeremy Stoppelman and investor Vinod Khosla, who co-founded Sun Microsystems. No CEOs from Silicon Valley heavyweights Apple, Facebook and Google are included on the list.
“We believe in an inclusive country that fosters opportunity, creativity and a level playing field. Donald Trump does not,” the signatories write. “He campaigns on anger, bigotry, fear of new ideas and new people, and a fundamental belief that America is weak and in decline.”
One thing you can say about Trump. He’s hated by all the right people

Just saw the most recent polls.

With those results I made up the map. I gave Ohio to Trump, which right now is tied in the poll from the website. And 1 electoral college vote from Maine.
These are the results.

Ginsburg’s comments were truly a sad thought of what ann even more liberal court could “look like.” Frightening. To prevent such a thing is alone enough reason to vote for Trump in my book. One thing you can say about Trump. He’s hated by all the right people
Amen. I want Justices that interpret the law, not make it.Ginsburg’s comments were truly a sad thought of what ann even more liberal court could “look like.” Frightening. To prevent such a thing is alone enough reason to vote for Trump in my book.
Chero, was this your map? When I clicked the link to your results, for some reason it only showed me their toss up map. So I tried to duplicate yours.Just saw the most recent polls.

Not quite Obama territory but close.
Interesting how the GOP always thinks PA is going R and in this case even with PA and OH, they still get clobbered badly.
I guess anything over 300 I call a clobbering in today’s environment for sure.
Time for a change, then. I can see you sweating.NH has voted Democratic in 5 of the last 6 Presidential elections going back nearly a quarter of a century.
And NV has voted Democratic in 4 of the last 6 Presidential elections. And in those 4 times, the candidates were either named Obama or Clinton.
And that was before Donald Trump created himself a Hispanic problem.
Well I confess I’m sweating from the heat and climate change but not too much yet otherwise. Although there is over 3.5 mos to go yet for Trump to still make me sweat more profusely. And I know better than to say never, or in this case “never Trump” when it comes to the divisive politics in America and the popular vote. But electorally speaking, he’s just not quite there yet for me to pop open more antiperspirant.Time for a change, then. I can see you sweating.![]()
Romney won in 2012, but the state being kept red with Trump as the Republican nominee, is valuable to know.
