Clinton won the popular vote, but lost to the Electoral vote.🤷
It shows you how out of touch with America the media centers of NY and California are with the rest of the country

Hopefully they got the message.

I, for one, feel avenged for being called a racist, homophobe, xenophobe(whatever that is)islamaphope, sexist, hayseed!!!
I think we have the right to gloat for one day after enduring this mischaracterization for months and months. Just my opinion!
I never called you names. I might have called Trump a name or two but that’s different. 😉

I was called plenty of names myself, which thankfully will cease since Trump won.

I was referring to the media. You have been gracious through this thing, but then the fence sitter always wins! (Just kiddin) 🙂
Peace?

I don’t get this. Trump is still quite liberal. They pretty much won either way. Just one is a little more liberal than the other. I see us treading water these next four years, not getting better or worse, just the same.
Even if that turns out to be the case, I’ll take treading water over things getting worse.

I don’t really imagine that Trump is particularly conservative either, but I do think he will surround himself with conservatives—certainly much more so than Clinton would have.

I’ve more or less given up on trying to predict how things will turn out, though.

I will admit to being very surprised by this outcome. I am not happy about it but that’s OK.

Now the GOP have both houses and the Presidency. Let’s see if all of the talk of what they will do to end abortion pans out. I don’t see it happening.
Right, because the Dems would do anything to end abortion. No Clinton and the Dems want abortion legal, common and FREE.

Yeah.

The middle class is tired of being treated like sheep to be fleeced all the while condescended to by the chattering classes. They are tired of being taxed to death and rewarded for their hard work by being laid off.

I know I am.
👍

Just barely on the popular. It was like 300,000 difference and less than a percentage point.
Yes, 59.2 for Clinton, 59.3 for Trump. Yes it was very close.

I am so happy that planned parenthood is on its way out. For that I am truly thankful. :signofcross:

Right! And you pay for it too. And if your hospital doesn’t do the abortion, you will be fined or shut down. That’s what we were on the verge of.

The L.A. Times is supposedly the only poll that showed Trump ahead all along.

I knew the majority of the polls were wrong. I said this when he became the nominee. When the media started to double and triple down on the negative, I knew they were scared. These polls did not reflect America, yet they kept touting them as Gospel!

It’s possible to dislike Trump without liking Clinton! Who would have known?
Indeed. Did I say anything else?
Weelll, I know what and where to get my information. Thanks for your concern
Perhaps you don’t–not as much as you may think–not with the skewed ideas you’ve expressed about the average American–when you’re not an American and actually can’t know what we truly think, do and hope for, now can you? 😉 Let America worry about herself–please, and you worry about your country’s ills and strengths. Thank you. :tiphat:

Kudos to states like Florida and Ohio for coming up big.

So, anyone have a decent form letter for us to send to our representatives, asking them to pass pro-life bills?
