You are posting a paranoid conspiracy. No one is forcing anything on Catholics. But here, Catholics need to read what the Church is actually saying. And ID is big and getting bigger.

How exactly is the theory of evolution a paranoid conspiracy? And the fact that intelligent design proponents are dressing up their ideology to look like actual science is also not a conspiracy theory.

The Church literally does not endorse intelligent design and no matter how many people you get to subscribe to it, it’s still incorrect. Evolution is occurring no matter what you think. Science isn’t determined by democracy. It’s a shame that apparently basic biology isn’t taught in some schools anymore.

The Royal Society also literally made a statement that they explicitly reject intelligent design. But that doesn’t seem to fit with your confirmation bias.

And intelligent design will still always be incorrect. The beauty of science is that I don’t have to convince that evolution is happening for it to happen. It just does.
 
Biologists made a huge mistake when they declared non-coding regions of DNA junk DNA. Their uninformed bias - their programming - allowed them to jump to this conclusion without careful study, without doing science. It turns out that non-coding DNA is implicated in disease and that it affects coding DNA.

I can’t, I just can’t, ahem, bring myself to say it. Design. Ahhhhh, no, please… We cannot bring God into it. Continue with the marching orders. Investigate, and don’t say design, natural engineering may be OK, evolution is the way. ID, don’t think it, say it or breathe it. Do not, Do not, under any circumstance allow an inch to the ID folks, so we will call natural selection the design agent. Simply amazing how they trip over themselves so they do not have to deal with the metaphysical. This is what I have been posting about the struggle the top evo’s are having going through the paradigm shift.

Then to avoid having to answer a direct answer they call for a tea break. Hilarious! 😀

That has nothing to do with intelligent design. Science is a process. Newton had a pretty poor understanding of gravity also.

Natural selection is the design agent. (this is where they are forced to go) That is the issue. Do you understand what this means? This dialogue came as a result of the findings using the scientific method.

They obviously are struggling with this. In the next few years they will spend oodles of money and time trying to convince us of a natural design agent. Stay tuned. Sooner or later there will be defections and the facade will be torn down. This is going to be really interesting.

God is NOT a magician and no one gets to tell God what to think. Just because you want intelligent design to be a thing, doesn’t make it so.
