Now apply that same methodology to the Investigation of “Russian Interferrence With The 2016 Presidential Election and Related Matters”
The Americans interfere with foreign elections and foreign governments all the time. Why are they upset if a foreigner posts an ad on facebook?

No, i dont know what was in those email, neither do you, neither does the US Government. that is the whole point. The fact of the matter is she had classified info on her personal nonsecure server, which is a crime. she got to decide what to hand over and deleted the rest.
IF they decided to go after Clinton they would have had to go after Rice and Powell as well:
February 4, 2016 – During a State Department review of the past five secretaries’ of state emailing practices, it is revealed that former secretaries of state Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice had received emails containing classified information through personal email accounts. The State Department found that Powell received two emails that are now deemed classified and that Rice and her staff received 10 emails.

Still more speculation without a shred of evidence to prove she deleted anything that was not handed that was not deemed personal.
The very things she didn’t need to destroy and that few would destroy.

But think what you want. When congress supoenas something and you destroy it instead of turning it over, the only reasonable conclusion is that it was something disadvantageous to her.

And what would be the “Reasonable Conclusion” one would derive if one looked at all the lies Donald Trump told?

OK, im all for equal treatment under the law. That does not seem to be happening with the cohen raid which is why i brought it up.

Which “lies” are you talking about. The left accuses him of “lying” all the time when he just disagrees with them or expresses something in a hyperbolic way that is nevertheless true.

With all due respect to Judge Napolitano, lawyers do it all the time
I respect the judge’s experience with such matters. And lawyers have made similar public remarks. I have not heard any expects say otherwise.

Moreover, it is important to be clear that this is not just a matter of advance payment, billed later. From what has been stated Cohen paid from his own resources and was not reimbursed. And Trump had no knwledge of the transaction executed on his behalf. Can you find an expert who claims that such a practice is common?

So they are lying when they say so?
A charge of lying require knowledge and intent. I would not make assumptions about knowledge and intent. And I would not rule out they people claiming it are under a mis-impression or just hyperlinking for rhetorical effect.

Evidently the parties were concerned about destruction of materials or non compliance by Cohen and were able to make that case before a judge who agreed to a raid versus subpoena. Officials handling the Clinton investigation were not similarly concerned or were not able to persuade a judge of the merit of their concerns.

The legal staff, bound by a code of ethics as officers of the court, with no basis for doubting them
then why was that courtesy not extended to Cohen or Manafort instead of the raids? Im not buying what you are selling
Officials handling the Clinton investigation were not similarly concerned
maybe because they never intended to prosecute to begin with.

You will have to ask the US attorneys and the judge who was persuaded that that approach was not sufficient for Cohen.

Conspiracy Theories… ROFLMAO @ RidgeRunner.
There is no doubt whatever that she destroyed hard drives she used while Secretary of State. That’s no conspiracy theory. That’s just a fact. Now, some might suspect those hard drives contained information that would have been trouble for her had they not been destroyed. That’s pretty much the only logical conclusion.
I’m not sure which “destruction” you are referring to, but it wasn’t this one. But maybe you had a different destruction event in mind?

Assume anything he says contains zero hyperbole.
Assume everything he says, he says with the full power of the POTUS.

I know several lawyers, and the practice is pervasive. And how do you know it wasn’t a matter of advance payment? Lawyers that represent insurers and plaintiffs often advance significant amounts of money without their client being aware of it until it appears on a bill somewhere down the line. And sometimes it never gets billed at all, as in the case of, say, a products liability case in which the law firm invests hundreds of thousands but never gets paid.

There was a law firm right here in my part of the country that used to be the fifth largest in the state. It got so heavily invested in a products case that didn’t turn out that it broke up over it and a number of the members had a hard time paying their part of the liability, which had largely been borrowed from a bank.

Okay. So when LBJ said he retained McNamara because he preferred to having him “…inside the tent p—ing out (urinating) rather than outside the tent p—ing in” he meant it literally. He was actually afraid McNamara would stand in the doorway of the White House and relieve himself inside the building.

And when Harry Truman said that Martin Luther King was “no good”, he meant he was worthless in every respect.

And when LBJ was asked about what he valued in subordinates he said: “I want someone who will kiss my a-- in Macy’s window and stand up and say, ‘Boy, wasn’t that sweet!’” So you are convinced he really wanted his subordinates to do that, literally?

Let’s get real. When Obama described himself as “lazy” did you take it that there was no exaggeration in that statement? No you didn’t. You just want to think badly of Trump and speak ill of him.
