Fear of losing our home

I am so grateful for all your prayers. I know they are sustaining us.

It reminds me so much of how we are all connected to each other – each a part of the Body of Christ. I am understanding this concept more and more. It makes it easier, and more meaningful, for me to offer my sufferings for others, knowing that there are so many offering their prayers and sufferings for me and my family.

Thank you, family. May God’s blessings rain upon you all!

We have, by the grace of God, made it through another month (almost). Still have a few bills to pay.

My husband had in interview this morning, and I’m waiting to hear how it went. We need something, anything, quickly!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your prayers! My husband got the job!!! 👍

It doesn’t start until the end of October, so we still have a month + to get through, but just knowing there’s something on the horizon is so comforting. We’ll still need to supplement with something else as it won’t be quite enough to cover our bills (which are very basic), but should offer the flexibility for another part-time job.

Whew! Feel like I can take a deep breath for the first time in a long time.

We were also in that situation.

My husband was constantly unemployed and I was having babies.

He started working on bachelor’s degree to get better job opportunities and that help a lot because of financial aid reimbursements. Then we became self employed and saved the day.

He graduated already and he just started working a regular job.

Try self employment for the two of you. I don’t know what your limitations could be because of your illness but I’m sure there is something you can do from home for profit.

Made December’s mortgage! Think we’re almost out of the woods now. Still have a few things to catch up, and we won’t have much Christmas, but we’re still in our house! God is GOOD!

Please continue to pray for all those who are in a similar situation, probably many on this forum, and for those who may lose their home. May God provide just the right place for them and for their families.

Also, as the weather gets colder, pray for the homeless, too!
