Actually I’ve heard besides her disillusionment with the Vietnam War, her Methodist pastor taking her to hear MLK Jr and her interest in civil rights and social justice had a lot to do with her changing political views and leaving the Republican Party.
Probably more like meeting Bill Clinton. I wonder what her Methodist pastor told her about abortion?

Becoming rich is an American value. Why are you denigrating Clinton for achieving the Americans dream.

She was not raised in a wealthy environment like Trump was. And while Trump is wealthy beyond what most of us can ever hope to obtain, unlike Clinton, he began his current wealth on what he inherited.

While I get you don’t like Hillary, suggesting that because she made money just like Trump did, makes her a bad person while it makes Trump a good person, is confusing.
Why are the liberals so jealous of Donald Trump’s wealth? Why does it matter he grew up wealthy? JFK didn’t exactly grow up poor. The liberals seem selective about who they can whine about growing up wealthy. George W. Bush, Donald Trump, etc.

One thing I’d like to know from Mr. Trump’s income tax returns is if he’s really as good a businessman and as wealthy as he claims. He’s claimed to be worth $10 billion, but according to a new analysis by Forbes, he’s really worth about $3.7 billion:

With all due respect, who cares? It’s still a lot more than any of us can dream of.

I guess for the same reasons people on the right are jealous of Hillary Clinton’s and JFK’s wealth.

I don’t particularly care how wealthy he is, but if I were considering to vote for him, whether or not he is true to his word is an important issue. He has a tendency to play fast and loose with the facts, so if he says he is worth $10 billion, why should I believe him?

Many Christians besides Hillary Clinton whose faith is not Catholic for instance, have had their discernment and understanding grow and evolve on marriage. It has nothing to do with wind.
Very few people honestly believe that. It sounds great to post on a message board defending her, but deep down, even most of supporters know she moves like a weather vane on social issues. Their are an inconvenience for her, and a means to an end, and nothing more.

Nothing in her history indicates she is a remotely religious person or serious about her faith, so this shouldn’t surprise anyone, but she insults our intelligence by claiming she evolved and thinking we are dumb enough to believe her. People will still support her, but few actually believe her.

The VietNam War?She can blame that I ne on the Dems! LBJ ring a bell?

According to Trump, the debate was rigged.

I don’t know, Mr. Trump, maybe study the issues and prepare?
The debate may have been rigged; lots of circumstantial evidence that make it appear so, and NBC certainly has no credibility for honesty or impartiality when it comes to Republicans.

That said, he would do well to prepare more in either case. You can’t control the moderator, but you can control what you discuss and respond to, and the points you make.

BTW, do you ever take the time to go after Hillary and her many issues? For someone who can’t bring themselves to vote for either candidate, you spend all your time attacking just one. It makes the notion that you don’t support either candidate seem far-fetched.

No need to be confused.I neither like or trust HC for a myriad of real and concrete reasons.
She being rich is not one of them.Trust me.😦

I sure hope Mike Pence gets some Botox for his 11s before next week’s debate.

What does that mean?
He has deep muscular furrows between his eyes that make him look mad when he’s concentrating. Botox paralyzes the muscle so it won’t crease. He desperately needs it. Hillary looked spectacular. You can bet several people with style are coaching her up.

In addition to this being an incredibly uncharitable post, you seem to be assuming a great deal. What evidence do you have that she is not serious about her faith and that she has not grown in her discernment over time? Do you have some unfettered access to her personal or private life that would give you special insight into this? Would you think it’s fair if a stranger characterized your faith life like this?

True to his word? I think most of us can answer that question without information about his tax returns. Perhaps possible conflicts of interest can be revealed by Trump’s returns. Frankly, however, with candidates such as him and Hillary Clinton, matters such as this are the least of our worries.

BTW, wasn’t it also a matter of contention in 2012 regarding Mitt Romney’s tax returns?

I don’t support Hillary. She has many issues. Her abortion stance has disqualified her from earning my vote.

But, criticism of Trump isn’t support of Hillary.

I’m a registered Republican. I registered as a republican because the party is supposed to be prolife. And there were a number of good pro-life candidates, such as Cruz and such as Rubio, and (gasp) even Jeb Bush.

But the party that was supposed to be pro-life thought Trump was better.

Glad you’re keeping score by the way. 😉 If you look back in my posts, I’ve been against Trump since the primary season.

What could have happened is that if the Republicans nominated anyone else, and Hillary would have lost. But the Republicans decided that Trump was a good choice,
he’s even being described as “pro-life” and a family man.

So, no don’t vote for Hillary.

But I’m not going to pretend that I think Trump will be a good president, will be controlled, will not hold grudges like bringing up Rosie O’Donnell for no reason in a debate. I’m not going to pretend that Trump will be the savior of the babies.

I’m also not going to pretend that the Republican party will not suffer, and that life issues will matter at all in future elections, and there won’t be a significant exodus from the party by people like me.

My conscience tells me I can’t vote for most Democrats, mostly because of abortion and that the abortion laws in the US are among the most liberal in the US.

But my conscience won’t allow me to vote for Trump. It is something I have struggled with, because I have not been able to come up for any reason to vote for him.

And my state is blue. It’s been so for decades, only breaking the trend in 1984 by voting for Reagan instead of Mondale. The only thing a vote for Trump will do is cause me to go against my conscience.

I do appreciate your interest in my posts. 😉

He’ll be up against Kaine, not Hillary. So I guess his look will be fine.
