What I posted has nothing about “pope bashing,” it is about bishops making statements in defense of Catholic teaching.

It’s a pope bashing website and those that click on the link thinking they are Catholic deserve to know that.
 
I wonder if the Catholic staff of Lifesite ever feel guilty for the continuous bashing of the Holy Father.

Lifesitenews has posted some very critical posts regarding Pope Francis and that’s why I don’t follow them but there are other sources reporting on the new news regarding the US Bishops and/or Kazakh Bishops:

Are the bishops guilty of bashing the pope for writing their letter, or does it constitute pope bashing to report what they wrote?
 
This thread isn’t about alleged “pope bashing”. It is about what these bishops have courageously said publicly.

Funny: people are willing ot believe that the Pope can be way wrong, but not random Bishops.

This is the point. Whichever side one chooses to align with, the problem is that there are sides at all. That there is such a serious dispute within the church is a really bad thing.

It’s a sad commentary on the present situation when merely posting a piece about bishops defending what was taken for granted by Catholics until recently immediately brings accusations of “pope bashing.”

It’s a sad commentary on "catholic’ news sources that they are nothing but pope bashing, which apparently is quite profitable.

The founder is an unabashed pope basher, which begs a question on why a good Catholic would go to that site? Maybe you can answer that question for me.
 
Yes. I follow Keating on Fb and he posted his arguments with Dave Armstrong regarding the book. Karl Keating, you know formerly associated with CA and totally a non-trad?

I have NOT found this to be so. Yes, EWTN is pro-life, but EVERYTHING else seems to be down the middle. IMHO
