A few months after Pope Formosus (815–896) died, his cadaver was exhumed, dressed in papal vestments, put on trial for political disagreements, and judged to be unworthy of the papacy. His papal edicts were deemed invalid, the fingers he used to perform sacraments were cut off, and his body was tossed into the Tiber River.
 
Germs evolve. If we time-travelled backwards, we’d kill everyone around us. If we time-travelled forward, we ourselves would die of disease.
 
Might you have that backward? Most human microbes become less virulent over time, not more. There has not been another flu pandemic as severe as 1918.

It is an advantage to a microbe not to kill its host, as if host body remains breathing it can exhale or exude more microbes. Outbreaks that kill rapidly are more likely to burn out.

Raw cashews can also kill you. The seed is in a shell between which is a NASTY chemical concoction that can burn your hands. Cashews MUST be processed before consumption, others you WILL be poisoned
