Seems to me it would make more sense to “release” legible, factual lawsuits than the Kraken. But that’s just me.

I disagree. If nothing else it may help to clean up voter rolls. They said the reason Florida got it right was because during the Gore election cycle, the voter rolls were looked at and corrected. They actually had all their ballots done and it did not take days to finish counting.

Georgia removed votes from registration (mostly inactive) at the end of 2019. They sent written notice to the last known addresses of those effected before removing their registrations.

Florida started counting ballots 22 days before Election Day.
 
Was Florida counting 22 days ahead by the law? I mean we’re they supposed to do that?

(2)(a) The county canvassing board may begin the canvassing of vote-by-mail ballots at 7 a.m. on the 22nd day before the election, but not later than noon on the day following the election. In addition, for any county using electronic tabulating equipment, the processing of vote-by-mail ballots through such tabulating equipment may begin at 7 a.m. on the 22nd day before the election. However, notwithstanding any such authorization to begin canvassing or otherwise processing vote-by-mail ballots early, no result shall be released until after the closing of the polls in that county on election day. Any supervisor, deputy supervisor, canvassing board member, election board member, or election employee who releases the results of a canvassing or processing of vote-by-mail ballots prior to the closing of the polls in that county on election day commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.[2] ”

I posted this in another thread - but is important enough to repeat here I think

This is exactly why even voter fraud on a small scale is vitally important to fight against and prevent.

Voter fraud does not merely impact top of the ticket it can actually impact the down ballot candidates and local and statewide initiatives and ballot measures. Voter fraud does not have to large or wide scale to be detrimental. All voter fraud is an attack on our representative republic. All American citizens should want legal and only legal votes.

This is a race for our US Congress - decided by a mere 6 vote margin …
