Linda H.:
I voted other, you left out the “all the above” choice.

Linda H.
I would probably voted for “all of the above”. I believe that the rise of homosexuality and its normalization is the worst. It pretty much takes in “all of the above”. If you put that with communist China as a world force, and the decline of Christianity in the western world, we have real problems. Pray, pray, pray.

What?

The rejection of God is the number one threat.

Witness the disintegration of marriage, the mockery of family life, the mocking of the Church. Our societies have turned away from God and His commandments.

As I read the Old Testament I see God’s chosen people, the nation of Israel, turning from the worship of the one true God to the worship of false gods. I see a remarkable parallel with our own times. God warned Israel over and over again through the Prophets. They did not listen and eventually judgement came upon them.
We too have been warned by our Church and too many are not listening.

My greatest “ism” fear? NATIONALISM

Once you think you are better than someone else or that they are a lesser human being, then any form of religious adherence or belief becomes a nonsense. God comes before man and man comes before nation. Simple really.

p.s. FF, why are you suprised that somebody actually believes the threat of Homosexuality? particularly on this thread!! Lets be honest its not renowned for it’s adherence to the real teachings of Our Lord!!

SATAN and I don’t mean the U.S.A. for all you Islamic Fascists!

I voted for “reductionism.”

I guess I was the only one.

I see that “experts” have taken the world into so many little pieces, everyone is an expert at nothing, and they are so over-specialized they can truly reduce a subject to its components, but that is useless when trying to develop synergy.

People need to work on how to combine their efforts, but they won’t because too many specialists only see their narrow view and regard alternate views as challenges that need apologists to defend. This is certainly true in the mental health care field.
