Um, are you kidding? You think Republicans are looting, burning, and burning down stores? Seriously?
The arsonists and murderers and thieves all identify themselves as leftists, carry leftist signs, and are throwing rocks at police because they do NOT support law and order.

Hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds thousands of violent arsonists, thieves, and and brick throwing leftists in one Democratic city after another are not ‘a few’. Try to speak the truth.

I never made the rather ridiculous presumption that people who are seen committing criminal acts can be determined to be members of one particular political party or another… Wish I had super powers, but I don’t!
 
Trying this hard to avoid a truth screaming at you is very, very strange.

They raised 20 Million Dollars to bail out rioters and looters. They call them protestors but who are we kidding? The ones that are being arrested are laregely arrested for destroying minority businesses in minority neighborhoods. Trump hate has infested many brains so much that they give money to lowlife criminals out of spite.
 
One last point, and I’m done and won’t bother you anymore…

Take a minute and re read the thread…a contention was explicitly made that all looters are Democrats…that is as silly as saying because of the numerous false statements made by POTUS, all liars must be Republicans.

Surely all liars are not Registered Republicans and all looters are not Registered Democrats.

If these are the thoughts of Democrats and Republicans about each other, God help us all!

As the son of a police officer, do you believe the police force in the US is inherently racist?

If not, do you not find the rhetoric from some mainstream media outlets and groups like BLM, who basically push the narrative that the police force is racist and is out to kill black people, extremely disturbing and dangerous?
 
To me, it seems like many have never been taught basic morality. You cannot lose what you never had.

You have facts to support this number? “hundreds upon hundreds thousands”?

Not all protestors are “violent arsonists, thieves and brick throwing leftists”.

First. I am the father of a police officer not the son. I believe that both sides push the envelope to establish their positions. Is the police force inherently racist? No. Do I believe there is an unacceptable number with strong bias? Yes. I also do believe that racism in our country is systemic and has operated against minority groups through out or history. Racism is not a black white only issue.

Telling one group of people that another group of people is out to kill you, is extremely careless. Look at what one of the posters on this forum even wrote in the thread about the riots, that the police are paid mercenaries out to kill black people.

Personally I think the negative rhetoric about the police in the US is far worse than the rhetoric from the police, whatever that might be. It seems for the most part they are just trying to do their jobs, and a very difficult job at that. They don’t need people saying they are out there to purposely kill people who have a particular skin colour. That really doesn’t help. The propaganda doesn’t go away either, even once it’s bee disproven. People are still protesting shouting ‘hands up don’t shoot’.
 
Our society has rejected the idea of moral absolutes.

We are also poorly catechized and Bible literacy is extremely low.

We have become increasingly dumbed-down by the educational systems and the media.

We don’t know history, philosophy, theology or science.

Most people seem to have a lot of facts in their heads and at their fingertips, but they seem to lack the ability to synthesize it into a philosophy, or analyze it critically or draw connections with the past.

Also the rates of anxiety, depression and substance abuse are in the rise, which can interfere with a person’s ability to think clearly.

And we can’t delay gratification.

Of course we’re not! We Republicans are all rich, rolling in money! We’re sitting at home in our mansions watching the riots on our giganto televisions and eating grapes that our servants have peeled for us!

And we don’t work to get that money! It’s just ours because we’re Republicans! Republicans are always the rich fat cats who oppress everyone else. Everyone knows that!

We don’t have to loot to get possessions. We just buy them with all our piles of money.

We are all either filthy rich or trailer trash/rednecks. Depends on what day it is.
