I want to invite all catholics over to another site, including Catholic answers apologists.,

www.carm.org

They are an evangelical apologetics site and have several forum one of which is for catholic and non-catholic debate. There are others that are interesting as well…
 
I’ve heard people mention this message board before and the anti-Catholics in it; I never knew they had a room made just for Catholics. I’ll check it out, thanks. 🙂

CARM is not good for discussion, so I’ve heard. Very bias, very anti-Catholic.
 
I would venture to say that the moderator’s there are rather unfair to say the least.

checked it out…not very impressed…links to personal sites professing his or her own beliefs and supplying prooftexts thereof.
another typical anti-Catholic site that also is its own pope…

I’ve done it, for years. William Putnam remembers me from the old “FidoNet” days. Although he is bit more prolific on the boards than me these days.

Let them fish here and leave all those anti-Catholic boards. 😛

Actually there is a healthy mix of very kind people there as well as some who are just over the edge in their disdain for Catholicism. Many are very kind, and even fair minded from time to time! I’ve posted off an on at Carm for about 6 years.

Yeah its about time Catholic Answers got their own boards, even if a little too orange. I would recommend also Greg Krehbiel’s general Theological discussion EZboard (or “God Talk”) for other high quality discussion, not the typical anti-Catholic vs. anti-Protestant nonsense you find at CARM :o
