I am sure a 6 year old would not make the decision alone to leave a church - so I am sure it was her mother’s idea that she not be influenced by Baptist teaching that abortion is a sin.

I agree that parents teach their children their values. Is there someone else who should do that and, if so, who?

Hillary, to my knowledge has never forced any woman to have an abortion, nor does she advocate for forced abortions. The people responsible for abortions are the pregnant women who make the decision to have them.

If someone comes over to my house and throws a rock through the window, I don’t say, “Oh, Hillary is responsible!” The person who threw the rock is responsible. It’s the same with people who have abortions and decide to kill their own unborn children. They are the ones responsible, not Hillary or Obama or the Republicans who upheld Roe v Wade.

I agree with you, LS. And if more parents taught their children about the sanctity of life, women wouldn’t be clamoring for legal abortion.

I’m not convinced Chelsea Clinton said that. I’ve never seen a reliable source. Okay, I believe she said it now; I found news articles I trust. Well, Chelsea is misguided. I also read that when Hillary went to the Methodist Church with Chelsea, Bill attended a strongly pro-life Baptist Church alone.

I don’t agree with Hillary’s stance on abortion, but overall, I do admire her, and will vote for her. She’s not forcing any woman to have an abortion. It is the mother who makes the decision, not the government.

I am not harassing you.Please don’t make assumptions of what I may or may not think of you.I am merely refuting you consistent argument that Hillary is not pro abortion.Am I not allowed to to do that?

I’m guessing that all the we-need-an-outsider stuff was really just an excuse to attack Bush, Rubio, etc. after all.
 
Hillary says that “Religious beliefs and structural biases have to be changed” to expand access to abortions? That sounds pretty pro-abortion to me. I thought that the US was a free country? Why should I be required to change my religion in order to please someone like Hillary Clinton?
