No its not good enough. I want an Islamic documentary script indicating on the events that happen. 600 years after the fact doesn’t count. What muslim was there to give an eyewitness account on what happen?
There is Jewish scripture saying it happen…even Roman texts stating it had happen.

As I said earlier hasantas, the quran is not good enough
Qur’an is directly word of God! Do you not believe in God knows everything?

He said this because he foresaw all the people that would be ungrateful for the sacrifice that he was going to make.
You assume Jesus was God and you consider Him to be afraid of people? Was not God’s plan thoroughly? You conflict with yourself! And there is no any evidence and statement for that, is there? That is just your conjecture.

Quran is good enough to show that their religion does not harmonized with ours, so that means it can’t come from the same God.
It is not your job to say that and remember that “professing to hold the faith of Abraham, along with us adore the one and merciful God, who at the last day wiill judge mankind”!

You apply escapism. I prove Islam and Qur’an through Gospels and you see that. Ofcourse Islam and Qur’an do not need Gospels to prove themselves but we try to point fact which way you know well. You ignore God’s word for sake of mysteries!

All order and laws and art and beauty and unity and life and etc, prove that the creator of universe is one. Let’s assume that Muslims think that another God created universe but there is no more than one God, is there?

I cannot judge you because of our differences but God will do.

There is no evidence that the St. Gabriel that appeared to Muhammad is the same St. Gabriel that appeared to the Virgin Mary.

**Muhammad will tell you a thousand truths… **

Not to sidetrack this thread but just curious. Jesus proved that he had risen from the dead. The Scriptures say he rose from the dead. Even outside writings say same thing. But if the Muslims claim it was NOT Jesus, but someone else, I have two questions.
  1. Who was that other man who was crucified
    and
  2. I notice that the Muslims use “PBUH” after the name of Jesus which means “Praise Be Unto Him”. My question will then be, why praise someone who according to their beliefs is a lair?
Just asking…🤷

Continue with thread. …
Scriptures say He was raised from dead beacuse someone who looks like Jesus was crucified and his tomb was opened. And so all writtings would say that Jesus was crucified.

Gospels were written for about 60-90 years after Jesus. Writers narrated what they saw or hear. Revelation is word of God but Gospels were written through comments of writers so Gospels are not direct revelation from God as Qur’an is. Ofcourse Gospels hold revelation from God but there are many additional interpretations. And it is not clear which one of Gospels is original and yet the original text is absent!

And your questions.
  1. He may be Judas who betrayed Jesus but just an estimation.
  2. The answers is in above I wrote. Jesus did not say He was raised from dead but people thought that he might raised from dead. Jesus was not a lair, never!

**The Prophecy of Simeon

Jesus’ parents were amazed at what was being said about him. Then Simeon blessed them, and he said to Mary, the baby’s mother, “This child is destined to cause many in Israel to fall, but he will be a joy to many others. He has been sent as a sign from God, but many will oppose him. As a result, the deepest thoughts of many hearts will be revealed. And a sword will pierce your very soul.”

Luke 2:25-35**

So How can a sword pierce the soul of the Virgin Mary if Jesus was not Crucified ?

not sure if this has been mentioned, but Muslims believe that prior to Jesus being crucified, He was taken up and Judas, as punishment, was crucified in his place

How in the world can we take Islam seriously when they say something so ridiculous that an imposter replaced Jesus.
18 Again he said, Therefore hear the word of the Lord; I saw the Lord sitting upon his throne, and all the host of heaven standing on his right hand and on his left.

19 And the Lord said, Who shall entice Ahab king of Israel, that he may go up and fall at Ramoth-gilead? And one spake saying after this manner, and another saying after that manner.

20 Then there came out a spirit, and stood before the Lord, and said, I will entice him. And the Lord said unto him, Wherewith?

21 And he said, I will go out, and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And the Lord said, Thou shalt entice him, and thou shalt also prevail: go out, and do even so.

22 Now therefore, behold, the Lord hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of these thy prophets, and the Lord hath spoken evil against thee. 2 chronicles

14 The Lord hath mingled a perverse spirit in the midst thereof: and they have caused Egypt to err in every work thereof, as a drunken man staggereth in his vomit. Isaiah19

9 And if the prophet be deceived when he hath spoken a thing, I the Lord have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand upon him, and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel. Ezekiel 14

11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 2Thessalonians 2

The problem with the claim that the quran being God’s word. The scribes or the sahabas or the caliphs were the author of the quran…not God or muhammad. Muhammad who heard the word dictated to him. Thus when it was written, logically only muhammad can check on it to be able to say whether it was written faithfully according to what was dictated to him or not.

The whole verses of Qur’an were written while Muhammad was alive. Sahabas collected and compiled verses in a book. Those were exactly what was revealed to Muhammad.
