I have several, but primarily use two: a rosary ring that I had been given in high school, and then misplaced – but it turned up mysteriously on the floor next to my bed after I prayed for the intercession of St. Therese during my son’s serious illness 10 years ago.
The other rosary is one that I found in the church garbage when I was a kid – made of cherrywood and had been blessed by Paul VI. I was praying it after the open-air mass that John Paul II said here in Chicago in 1979, so I am reminded to be very reverent when praying with this rosary, since it carries the blessings of two popes.
