Very well stated-some folks just dont get it ! Damascus did a great favor for a neighbor…I wish we had more people like this around!
As far as CPS…here in NY/NJ they are HORRIBLE…over worked under staffed

I agree…you did the right thing. If the father had not shown up all night, then I would have thought about calling CPS. But babysitting until he came home was perfect. CPS could have made even MORE problems for that poor dad and baby.
