American numbers for Stalin has been 9-12 million.
Revisionist is an art form today, forcast as America’s future I think the day we heard ," alternate facts" first mentioned.

She explained her vote.

Tulsi Gabbard Votes ‘Present’ in Impeachment Against Trump

The Democrat has missed nearly 90 percent of the votes held in the House of Representatives over the past two months. On Wednesday, she dodged the biggest vote of her career.

The process allows yes, no, or present.

If we deny her right to choose how to cast her vote, what does that say about our respect of the Constitution ?
Washing one’s hands of this whole thing wasn’t a bad way to go, from my point of view.

This Congress couldn’t conduct a fair assessment of an occupant of the Oval Office if the President did use deadly force on 5th Avenue, and I don’t care which party the President belonged to.

I also think that is because their constitutients are too partisan to stand for it, frankly. That’s sad, but let’s not blame this whole circus on the Congress.

Clinton is a sleeze to this day and cost Gore the president in an amazing economy. Cost his wife.

They rebut no facts. They can’t. Their case is a absence of direct contact with Trump. Problem is they bottled up the direct contact witnesses.
They will call Schiff names. Biden names.

It seems to me that Al Gore ran for President and lost to Mike Dukakis, for crying out loud.
Hillary Clinton likewise owes her entire political career to Bill Clinton’s coattails, too. She covered for his misbehavior for years in order to protect her life in politics. Don’t tell me what he “cost” either of those two when neither would have even had an opportunity if they hadn’t hooked their wagon to him. I don’t think Al Gore would have sold a lot of books except for Bill Clinton, if you want me to be honest.

If you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas. That’s the way politics works. (Between you and me, I don’t think Hillary Clinton could have beaten anybody, including Mike Dukakis, except for the political help of being associated with Bill Clinton. He’s the one with the talent in politics, not her.)

The GOP is still hiding witnesses with McCONELL carrying out the concealment. Thats just a fact. This is the first trial in history with no witnesses

That is because they haven’t decided on the witnesses
yet. Are you even following what is happening?

She was competent and uninspiring. As Powell said.
But I find it hard to blame a woman for the adultery of a husband( or vice versa).
I’m not sure of all the right moves she didn’t take but a wife shouldn’t have to deal with it is the Catholic position I think. People tend to need a break when they are cheated on. But apparently not her.
When they finally counted all the Florida votes by hand Gore won.

Honestly, no.
The GOP can’t vote for witnesses. So why bother with posturing.

in any case, exaggerations abound AND sadly whatever the actuals numbers, all I can say for sure is,… a big number of souls were lost

Competent but uninspiring doesn’t win elections. Neither does refering to 1/4 of the electorate as deplorable or pretending that the two alternatives for the First Lady of a state are practicing law and baking cookies. She’s not just uninspiring. She can come off as extremely arrogant.

I’m fine with spouses refusing to criticize their spouses in public. I’m fine with them defending their spouses in public, provided the defense is truthful. I’m not OK with anybody making false attacks on other people in order to defend anybody. Calling Monica Lewinsky a “narcissistic loony toon” when it was Hillary’s husband who abused his position of authority in the White House was over the line. Lewinsky, a mere intern, had no power over the President of the United States, and the First Lady knew it. That’s why Donald Trump could bring Bill Clinton’s accusers to a debate and make it very clear that HRC did not have any moral authority to accuse him about anything concerning abuse of a position of power to get sexual favors. She’d abdicated that.

I really had nothing to respond to until you praised Trump for bringing Clinton’s girlfriends to a debate with Hillary.
I read your post twice and yup, Trump is depicted virtuous.
Trump had no intention of settling with McDougal and the porn star.
Then Access HOLYWOOD gave us a preview in his own words. They managed to say it was fiction, and 19 other women also.
But Cohen and The magazine sprung into action. Settle, catch and bury. Make a contract so they could not talk.
Why?
So Trump could complete his campaign lying to the American people about HOLYWOOD and accusers.
Buy silence so he can look America in the eye and say," I’m s victim of lies."
But bringing Bill Clinton’s dalliances to his wife’s debate, when he had just bought silence so he could lie to voters. Hey that’s some high octane deceit.

Upwards of 20 million in all. Your figure is derived from one Soviet source involving executions.
There was over a million three in the Gulags and their death and and other ways he caused mass death.
The revisionism is a lesson in the effectiveness of media and other conditioning

“The House took a lot of hits below the waterline today,” Turley wrote on Twitter. “These were powerful points that gave ample foundation for senators to support acquittal without agreeing with the Dershowitz theory or the suggestion that everything was ‘perfect.’ I liked the low key, fact-based argument.”

“The White House did a particularly good job explaining its position on refusing discovery and also the unfair process,” Turley continued. “Moreover, it was a brilliant decision to limit the opening to a few hours. The House subjected the Senate to mind-numbing repetition for 22 hours.”

Earlier this week, Turley said that House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY), one of the Democrats’ impeachment managers, made a “huge blunder” in delivering Democrats’ case.

“One of the things you teach law students is that when you make arguments to juries, make sure you don’t insult the jury,” Turley said. “That is, you don’t want to make statements that make them feel stupid or ascribe any bad motivations to them, and if there was one major blunder during the argument it was Jerry Nadler, who got ahead of the skis a bit and said that the Senate could be engaged in a cover up, and when he said that, people on the floor recounted later that there was sort of a hush, a reaction from the Senators.”

Things not described in this analysis: what those points were.

No, it wasn’t virtuous. It was a kettle knowing when he was running against a pot.
He got off free from all that stuff he did because HRC had always let Bill Clinton off and attacked his victims in public, and everyone listening knew it, too. I don’t know what Trump learned while golfing with Bill Clinton, but Hillary Clinton had no standing to accuse Donald Trump of anything and he knew it.
Don’t play chicken that Donald Trump won’t go low. He knew he could run with mud all over his suit and HRC couldn’t. Call it sad, because it is, but it was also true.
In the meantime, HRC had no political career without Bill Clinton. She rose with him, she fell with him; that is the way politics works. Al Gore had no chance at the Presidency without Bill Clinton. If he lost because of Bill Clinton, well, that is the wagon he had hitched himself to.
