This is NOT A GAME. It is a trial, it is supposed to be a legitimate, impartial attempt to ascertain whether a sitting president should be removed from office.beating the Dems at their own game.
Since when does a legitimate US court stop the use of evidence? It is tyranny.

This “ trial” isn’t a criminal trial in the conventional sense.Its handled differently ,just ask the legal experts here on this forum.We were reminded regularly of this fact when this was in the control of the House.

This senate is not going to look at any evidence at all, so it isn’t even a trial, it is a discussion. How can you make findings without evidence? The house looked at all the evidence available. The WH refused to release. What did they not look at that would have made a difference?Democrats, do as I say not as I do.

If the evidence is farcical, then a real trial will reveal that. Can’t you see how the justice system works? How can you have justice at all if evidence and witnesses are refused.
