Translation: DEMS think Trump is hiding the evidence. They know it because it’s Trump & he must be removed since won 2016. That is a successful day. The DEM Congress has oversight power over the GOP executive. Without it, a TRUMP president is a king. That’s fundamental.

We know it because the witnesses testified to the content they generated, they handed it over, and Trump has not produced it. Under oath.
If you were not concerned with my soul, you might just listen to the testimony

If the evidence exonerates Trump, then why did the senate refuse to subpoena evidence from the NSA etc.?

How on Earth are they supposed to do an impartial hearing without any evidence?

Why would they refuse to get all evidence available, especially since it is past precedent to examine more evidence than what is used in the impeachment hearings in the House?

I think what the Senate did today, in rejecting use of evidence, will go down in history as one of the most backward, corrupt acts by any governing body in the US. At this point on, Donald Trump is right. The whole trial is a hoax. The Senate has now proven that.

What a joke.

Firstly the House was remiss in calling the witnesses’ when they started this whole circus.They even retracted a few requests as well. Now they want the Senate to pick up the slack where they dropped the ball…Not the Senates job. Too bad so sad,not
 
First of all, they called plenty of witnesses. But even if they did not, this is a trial.

I guess if the Senate doesn’t feel it’s beneficial to the trial that’s their prerogative. The Dems set the rules when it was in their hands so goes it now with the Senate.

Thanks for this list on what a horrible president Trump has been. You could throw in pardoning racist sheriffs and war criminals, too.

New outrage campaign = Senate is corrupt!!

Since when is it the ethical prerogative of a court to refuse to get relevant evidence? This is a sham court. It is an outrage.

Obviously the “dems” did not set the rules concerning getting evidence. The “Dems” in the senate tried to pass an amendment to subpoena evidence, and the Republican Senators refused the amendment. It is tyranny by the Senate.
 
No I don’t think so.Maybe they are just beating the Dems at their own game.The have a farcical indictment and it is being received as such. We shall see what happens at any rate.
