Hearsay is evidence. Sometimes it is admissible, sometimes it is not.
Pretty hard to complain about hearsay when the McCONELL rules mandate there will be no evidence that is not hearsay. While also voting to deny witnesses. How much more of a fixo do you intend.
You won’t see a hearsay objection when McConnell mandated a hearsay trial over objection. Lol.

Dems didn’t call him because everything he reported has been corroborated by first hand witnesses. Those witnesses were the best evidence while the WHISLEBLOWER was redundant.
