Wow! I’m so happy to know that breaking with tradition is now a crime. I would have never known had not the Dems impeached the President.
Because they are doing the good work of exercising Congressional oversight over a President that doesn’t know history, doesn’t know the proper role of the Executive, can’t tell the truth, and is dangerous to our security.
He has been impeached because of abuse of power. His lawyers agree that what is alleged by the House has, in fact, happened.
That’s funny, I wonder how much further along we would be as a country if we had elected a normal Presidential candidate.
Breaking tradition isn’t necessarily a crime. Ignoring Congressional subpeonas probably is and justification for impeachment.

That simply isn’t true. The Democratic-controlled House has been legislating. The Republican Majority Leader in the Senate has refused to take House-passed bills up.

Do you really believe this? Democrats aren’t in the habit of losing elections and impeaching the winner because their feelers got hurt. This President, on the campaign trial and while in office, has been running roughshod over the norms of propriety and the norms of government.
Looks like a lot of items that repeat themselves; most of which I wouldn’t give Trump actual credit for. Can you summarize to a few points that you think Trump has actually accomplished?
It’s up to the courts to decide if it is a crime (judicial branch). It’s up to Congress to decide if it is impeachable. They did.
Can you refute them?
I think you should refresh your knowledge of law. News outlets like CNN, NYT, WaPo, MSNBC, and so on are good sources of what is or isn’t a crime. You would need to find a real source such as a law book.
The crimes are abuse of power obstruction of justice.

Probably the majority, I can. For example, I don’t really consider all the economic accomplishments listed to be anything but a result of the Obama policies as well as the result of a unfunded tax cut that has driven the deficit way up. So, no I wouldn’t give Trump credit for that. We probably could go through all of them one by one and I would refute most of them.
