We don’t have to SHOW it to anyone because Faith is not a show. Christ did not SHOW His Crucifixion to the Jews and the Nations. He wasn’t “performing” that Easter, believe it or not.
The pain of the Cross is hard for us people, those who brag of not feeling the pain are just show off, as you said. Perhaps we argue because it hurts so much? Pain usually makes people angry and impatient (to let go of the pain) which only states the pain as real.
Christ never forced anyone to join Him. Not even His Apostles! Who are we in the decadent apostasy of 2020 to even dare to judge and claim against those Christians who aren’t in Communion with us?
