I understand the difference. You are missing the point. I am saying this typical heterosexual biological girl who likes dating boys was pushed by her mother to be a trans boy who was attracted to dating girls.
My point is …neither gender identity nor gender attraction can be determined in a child. They are pre-sexual before puberty. We do not need this damaging agenda of normalizing a wide spectrum of sexual identities and attractions. For the rare child who grows up to identity as other than their biological gender and heterosexual attraction, the matter can be addressed after puberty. Shoving this nonsense on every child, however, is like giving every child insulin because one or two in 100 may develop diabetes.

Maybe some people don’t understand this. I would hope that anyone that understood what is involved in this so-called “therapy” would agree that it should be illegal to apply it to children.Looking at pornographic pictures and subsequent electrical zapping is involved

It is more than conjecture as it is based on data, that is, numbers. No, surveys, by their nature do not include everyone (that’s what a survey is, as opposed to a census), but if we are going to exclude data on that basis, then this whole issue is moot, being based on data about conversion therapy, supposedly. If you have data that is different, I would welcome it.Your belief that the numbers of LGBT people are growing is also nothing more than conjecture since there is only incomplete information available upon which to form an opinion

I was unaware that it was legal to show children pornography in Canada. Yikes!I would hope that anyone that understood what is involved in this so-called “therapy” would agree that it should be illegal to apply it to children.

Thank you. I know those were stopped as ineffective. I was unaware that was a criminal statute that stopped them.
