to allow people to record most television or radio program at home to watch at a later time with family or friends"
Thats exactly what the link i give you says yes you are allowed to do it but you are only meant to watch it once at a later time.
I will not do what i know is wrong this is exaclty like sharing a copy of office you pay about 10au for the software itsself while you pay the massive rest of the fee for the serial,
I dont see how it is stealing the artist or producer hardly cares most of the time its more the stupid licsecning company or the protection companies which want the all in all id love to send the Copyright protection money sucking companies out of buissness which dont even licsence they just stand and watch and say “Oh downloading is illegal”.
If one person decides they have the time to upload it and share it with the public and give you the right how is it stealing i mean that person must have had a copy if he hadnt why should he download it then upload it again which wouldnt work.
I have given countless burnt games to my cousin and friends free of charge because inside i fell i shouldnt be profitinig of someone;s work but what is wrong with sharing it?
Whatveer the law says but i know your only allowed to watch Recorded stuff only once afterwards but if it werent what is the difference most the movies recorded from cinemas have poorer quality the VHS recording and people still are fine with it its just as long as its watchable so i think its the same with other things.
I know it legal to watch once after time shifting with anyone friends family etc but if it was fully legal and the P2P wasnt that would be very unfair.
I dont know what to belive. The people who made these laws are just like the people who blocked every online fun site like
www.gamespot.com and
www.ign.com and the online game sites for no reason.
Ok Tell me i have a choice of dreamweaver and Frontpage to get both are expensive and yes i did need it why in the world would i try to make a site for no reason its just a time waste
Cheers to Canada for defeating these laws.
