Is Fatima Center (fatima.org) in communion with Rome?

Thanks all! I’ve gotten the gist of the Fatima Center now.

I think you didn’t fully understand when I was trying to clarify. I actually elaborated this on a post that was recently flagged for whatever reason for being offensive even though it was not even offensive or crude (and just after I replied to xyz patron). I just left Mass right now and I do not want to fall into any category or state that’s going to tarnish my soul but I will just say this if someone has never provided any radically bad or any viewpoint theologically contrary to general Catholic belief it’s best to just say that you disagree with them then call them radical, or bizarre. Dr. Taylor Marshall is one of the more renowned voices socially in the Church and has a good platform. He’s just a traditionally grounded Catholic but he’s not Church militant or Lefebvre
He is loved and listened to by people from many walks of life so for someone to say that he is bizarre or stealing conspiracy or he’s too extreme is a bit of a facile argument and it came off for lack of a better word - ignorant. That’s what I was saying before. I’m not talking about the Fatima Center or the blue army or whatever I was simply addressing that one comment by your Patron that was simply saying that Taylor Marshall was bizarre and too extreme without providing concrete evidence or elaborating on it. Idk why even mention his name when he has nothing to do with the original OP. I’m done in this thread. Peace.

Yeah, the Fatima Center to me is just a nest of conspiracy theorists.

If I want to know about Fatima, I’ll look to the Popes and to Sister Lucia herself.
I don’t need a “Center” pushing stuff at me.

If I want a worshipful Mary shrine associated with Fatima, there is the Blue Army Shrine not too far away in East Ashbury NJ, and the Basilica of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima in Lewiston, NY and of course Fatima itself in Portugal. All of which I’ve been to. Don’t need a “Fatima Center”, nope.

And if I want a traditionalist parish, there’s one right here in the diocese, and others I’ve attended in other dioceses. Don’t need a “Fatima Center” for that either.

I’m muting this thread now as I think the point has been made and it’s devolving into a bunch of ad homs from people who simply don’t like the facts.
I don’t know what muting this thread means, and I’ve never been into Fatima myself. But you don’t have to be a conspiracy nut to recognize the legitimate questions surrounding the revelation of the third secret. It doesn’t make logical sense. It makes no difference to me what people believe about it – it doesn’t alter my faith. But I don’t think people who ask questions about it are automatically crackpots.

I don’t know what muting this thread means,
Muting the thread is a way for a person to turn off all notifications concerning this thread. So they won’t be aware when someone is replying to them directly or when someone quotes their post.

People mute threads for different reasons, some rarely do it, if ever and others are known for it.

Muting a thread only mutes it for myself. Like putting my hands over my ears, “I can’t hear you!”

Of course, we know lots of these people still read responses, because they respond themselves later.
