What the heck? Even I know that’s a lie, and I don’t even own a Quran!
You have clearly forgotten about Mary’s reply to the one who brought her that news. She asks him: “How shall I have a son, seeing that no man has touched me, and I am not unchaste?” His reply is: “So (it will be): thy Lord saith, ‘That is easy for Me: and (We wish) to appoint him as a Sign unto men and a Mercy from Us.’ It is a matter (so) decreed.”
It’s all here, in verses 20 and 21.
Clearly, the Quran supports the Virgin Birth, but our question is
why? Other prophets are not birthed in this way, and yet in the verse quoted above, no real explanation is given other than “God can do whatever He wants”, which is of course true but doesn’t explain the anomaly of Jesus’ birth!
