Biden Picks Harris to Be His Vice President (Published 2020)

President Trump quickly attacked Ms. Harris as Mr. Biden’s vice-presidential pick. Ilhan Omar defeated a well-funded challenger in Minnesota’s House primary. And a Republican QAnon supporter won the Georgia House primary runoff.

Joseph R. Biden Jr., who has selected Senator Kamala Harris of California as his vice-presidential running mate, will appear with her in Delaware on Wednesday afternoon where they will deliver remarks. The two will also take part in a virtual grass-roots fund-raiser Wednesday evening.

Joe Biden has not made public appeaarance in about 5 months but tomorrow in he will be in Delaware so I wonder if Joe is back .
 
This will be interesting to watch. I guess Kamala will be his new handler or will
Jill still be at his side.

So now Joe will have two women proping him up so we will see how he does. He looks frail which mabe because he is elderly and has been in the house for 6 months so if they can get him tanned and a healtier look he may not appear as bad.

Whether he can speak or what he has to say seems to be of little value to some voters.

CNN's Cillizza says Kamala Harris "will be ready to step in if and when Biden decides to step aside." CNN's Jeff Zucker endorsed her in 2009.

On Saturday: “Biden was enjoying a bike ride near his summer home in the Delaware resort town of Rehoboth Beach when he rolled past reporters.”
 
Let’s fast forward to January of 2021 and Joe Biden has to stand up to take the oath of office. That could prove to be a nightmare. What if he is confused and can’t get the words right? He won’t be able to say “Oh, my time is up! I gotta run.”

I saw him on the bike ride last Saturday and how the news said he was doing a vigourous/robustly bike ride. There are many things I would call an 80 year old man riding a bike but vigorous would not be one.

His vigourous bike ride and look at his answer Who will be your running mate? Answer is “you” because he can’t think on his feet and comes up with a silly answer.

The Democrat voters didn’t even like her in the primaries based on polling. She didn’t even make it to any state primaries. Plus she accused Biden of racism and believed a woman who claimed Biden sexually assaulted her. But when you say you are going to make a pick based on identity it kind of narrows your choice. At least they forgave each other.
 
Biden did appear and he rambled on and on, first it was Kamala Harris, then Nazis and later Charlotteville and then campaiging as a family, and his son Beau, just rambled and rambled all over the place.

When you start with “because” you left facts and entered the realm of baseless speculation.

I would recommend everyone pull up the speech and listen to at least some of it before buying the narrative of dementia or “sleepy Joe.”

When I said Joe Biden could not think on his feet and came up with a silly answer, that remark was on the staged bike ride when the reporter asked him as he was going by - Who will be the V.P and his remark to the reporter was “You” a foolish answer. Here is that video so when you quote me from the thread please quote the whole passage and do not take my quote out of context. It is only fair to me.

No facts were there in the speech. And I suggest they pull up the video and watch him talk for 15 minutes. He is all over the place with his speech and rambles from Kamala to Nazis to “let’s get our kids together to play, to the virus and then to family and Beau , ending with Kamala - You’re a Biden”. He calls her Karmala and Kamila.

Maybe this is the best Rambling Joe can do.

No apparent dementia.

What happened to this “Sleepy Joe” every one keeps talking about? He was not there last night.

The real Joe Biden is a shell of his former self and that is what comes out each time he speaks. He calls her Karmala and Kimila, can’t even get her name right and he rambles on and on. It is only going to get worse. Trump rambles at times but at least he does make points in between.
