This “Kraken” theme is interesting. Unintentionally hilarious even. I mean, the Kraken was mythological, evil, and eventually thoroughly defeated. Is that what she is going for?

It is really sloppy. I would feel bad for them if this was some routine filing that the paralegal uploaded before final proofs. But this is a document they knew would be on the world stage. The typos in “district,” for example, were not caught because spell checkers generally don’t check words in all caps. So you have to have someone triple check headings and the like. It certainly seems like this was filed without that last second set of eyes check.
 
This (naming a plaintiff without authority) is not just sloppy. It is a major breach to file a legal complaint asserting that you represent someone and are bringing a claim on their behalf if that is not true.
 
There is still no filing by Sidney Powell or a recent suit with Brian Kemp (Gov of GA) as a party.

So, I say it’s not a filing but a rant.

Prove me wrong. Provide a case number.
 
@billsherman the Michigan suit was indeed filed, but not the Georgia suit.

Well, I guess they’re slowly coming.

I was kind of hoping the poor, innocent legal system would be spared the indignity of having to rule on these things. Alas.

Different is not off. So, one side is assuming that Biden could not have won and presenting this as a theory as to why the data is different - Democrats cheated. For weeks, and for weeks to come, evidence of this will be pursued. The thing about theories though, is when the data ceased to support the theory, then one needs to be open-minded in revising or ditching the theory and see if there just might be some other fact about 2020 that could account for these differences, other than Democrats are all cheaters.
 
Not all Democrats are cheaters! No one actually said that! Some are really concerned about the count that took place on election night!
 
But the Trump lawyers have been able to get a court order to have a number of voting machines undergo forensic examination. We will know the results hopefully in 24-48 hours:

MI- Today, 22 machines were forensically tested. Results in 24-48 hours. Legislators to hear evidence this week

GA- New Trump law suit disputing the results

NV- law suit to the Nevada Supreme Court

AZ- Legislature one week shutdown over COVID.

WI- Legislators to hear evidence

 
The election is over.

Biden won. Most states have certified the results. There is no way to uncertify results.

Courts have thrown out almost all of the Trump teams lawsuits - 4 dozen so far.
 
The last State certification will be on Dec 10, 2020.
1 today New York,
2 tomorrow New Jersey & Maryland,
and the last California on Thursday.

I’ll repeat this again.

Many Republicans said during the impeachment trial that Trump was indeed guilty of that which he was charged, but that we should let the voters decide instead.

Well, the voters decided in a free and fair election. They rejected Trump.

Now, the Trump supports won’t accept that and are trying to overthrow the election results.

Really sad.
