Be honest about it, there can’t be any new evidence beyond her memories already shared.This allegation? If new evidence comes forth, you think there should be no further investigation. In light of his denial, there might even be perjury involved. I would think this would warrant further investigation.
That said, I think requiring here to go on the record first by testifying is a reasonable request. I just hope no one thinks these senators are capable of investigating anything beyond a lunch menu.
There was no police report, no statements taken.
There was no physical injury and thus no medical records.
None of the supposed witnesses corroborate the story.
No cell phone records or video taken.
Even if one could prove they attended the same party at some time, it doesn’t prove the allegation.
