The parties on the ballot in my state were D. R, Green, and Libertarian.

In any case, any vote not for Biden would’ve been a benefit for Trump.

It already did.
State supreme court=/=Supreme Court of the United States
You do realize that in none of the 34 cases they’ve lost have they alleged fraud. NOT ONE.
In other words, if they intend to allege fraud, no court has looked at their evidence for it, and so no one truly knows how strong their evidence for it would be (except themselves).
So there are currently 30+ appeals waiting to go through SCOTUS?

IIRC they HAVE alleged fraud in court and specifically either amended court documents to remove those allegations or the lawyers have walked things back from the bar table. Why if they have a tenable case and a judge who is there to hear it?

Not all the cases may be of the same calibre. There are also a variety of groups alleging different things.

I am not sure how much this has actually happened, but I won’t pretend to be able to read the lawyers’ minds and know their legal strategy. I can only guess.

I will leave it there. I am not saying they have an awesome case. I am also not saying they have no chance for anything to go through. I am content to wait before exercising any “final judgment” on the matter. No matter what happens, my position won’t be embarrassingly wrongheaded 🙂

I’m not a lawyer but my understanding is in many instances you can’t introduce new evidence during appeals, they can only consider what was presented originally.
^ This is correct. An appellate court does not “re-try” cases. It examines whether proper procedure was followed. If errors are large enough, an appellate court can vacate the judgment of a lower court or order a new trial.

Oh, it’s past time for that. Disaffected GOP/conservatives already voted blue on Nov 3. At least at the top of the ballot.
The evidence seems to be that Trump underperformed down ballot GOP candidates and Biden overperformed compared to generic Democrats. While Trump lost to Biden by around 6 million votes across the US, the GOP actually gained some seats in the House and it looks very probable that they will hold a Senate majority in 2021 (neither of which was forecast pre-election).

None of their cases is on the way to SCOTUS right now. Their legal efforts have been a complete fiasco.

This is the opinion of a Federal Judge demolishing Trump and Co.'s legal efforts just a few days ago.

Human Verification
And from what I understand there is no automatic right of appeal either, leave of SCOTUS has first to be sought.

So now Trump’s staffer has sent Biden a letter initating the transition process to a Biden government under the Presidential Transition Act.

A sign that even he is finally losing hope?

He’s known since Nov 4th that he lost.

This is all about super PAC money, retiring his massive campaign debt, and setting up super PAC slush money for his family.

This letter was issued by the Head of the General Services Administration (GSA), and should not have been influenced by Trump at all. But he appointed a loyalist to head the GSA. It should not be a political action – it is merely procedural. Once an election result is called, it is normal for the GSA to provide access to federal resources to the apparent winner to allow a transition to begin.

Plus he can run again. Trump has all this support. Use that anger to win again. Also you can still hold rallies and all that and work towards getting elected again.

Basically he lost. He doesn’t have to like it, but he can learn from it. That should be the focus but sadly that kind of common sense is lacking in society. The liberals have had social policy while conservatives don’t seem to know how to market it to win.

Maybe if he doesn’t quit by Sunday we can have some more peaceful demonstrations?

If that’s how you feel about it. Just don’t try to pretend it is anywhere close to anything I said.
