I thought it was a holy day of obligation that wasn’t moved etc but I live in a diocese in the USA where a few holy days are abrogated or moved if they fall on certain days. If I recall right growing up, I don’t recall being told a certain day wasn’t a holy day because it fell on a certain day of the week.
At least I am glad that Immaculate Conception (USA’s patron saint feast) is celebrated & is a holy day of obligation regardless of the day of the week it falls, same for a few others.
