Honestly, this whole Anti-Islam and Muslim sentiment in this thread is weird.
And completely off-topic.

Sure, the Red Carpet may not be to your taste but no one is always going to dress how you’d it.
Some designers, like Jeremy Scott who designed Cardi B’s dress who is heavily pregnant, made a great effort to adhere to the theme. And some didn’t make the mark. So what?
No wonder people think we are outdated, it’s not the Vatican, the Cardinals, or the priests. It’s us in the pews. We sit and judge, and say no to this and that.
The Vatican and Cardinal knew there would be a Red Carpet, and were clearly alright with people interpreting the theme.
If we had skateboarding nuns, priests, and regular people jumping around to Jay-Z ‘Somewhere in America’ people would also have a fit.
We can’t even have an exhibition with some fanfare.
Thanks to everyone that did try to engage and have fun with the topic.
Australia's Muslim women combine faith and fashion
A new generation of Muslim women say while dressing modestly is an integral part of their life, that doesn't mean they can't be stylish at the same time.
I attended this, and the Q&A session, and it showcased all sorts of different Muslim women and their background.Muslim women’s style and identity are explored in a new exhibition called “Faith, Fashion, Fusion” at Melbourne’s Immigration Museum.
Some are sitting here spitting chips because we finally, as Catholics, are given an avenue to show off our beauty and imagination. The change has seen a new generation of Muslim women in Australia making their mark in stylish, edgy and distinctive fashion.
