Apparently the Russian ambassador asked about the sanctions and Flynn simply said, “You’ll have the opportunity to discuss the sanctions with the new Trump administration.” The horror! Russia asked about sanctions…

That’s why the FBI found nothing illegal with the phone conversation and nothing further will come of this with Flynn.

I don’t know the conversations that occurred in the WH with Pence and Flynn. Pence apparently was out of the loop and only recently found out about Yates going to the WH about Flynn. That’s a communication problem.
You sure about that? I am not. Having heard three or four different stories from Flynn, I will wait to see what the investigations reveal.

That’s what the FBI says.

Well, House Intel is not going to investigate Flynn only leaks.

The drumbeat to find out what actually happened will grow. Already multiple GOP senators have called for investigations. There is too much at stake to just let this go; there will be investigations.

(CNN)High-level advisers close to then-presidential nominee Donald Trump were in constant communication during the campaign with Russians known to US intelligence, multiple current and former intelligence, law enforcement and administration officials tell CNN.

That’s the best CNN could come up with? Manafort, who has denied contact. Old old news. But of course CNN had to publish rubbish again I see. Next…

This is something new and is being reported in the New York Times as well and it’s not just Manafort:
WASHINGTON — Phone records and intercepted calls show that members of Donald J. Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and other Trump associates had repeated contacts with senior Russian intelligence officials in the year before the election, according to four current and former American officials.

It’s only 26 days into the Trump Presidency. Give Trump more time and the GOP time to come around and allow time for investigations. As Trump’s approval continues to decline beyond his most ardent holdouts and if Republicans in the Houses of Congress begin to see Trump as an embarrassment to their party and the nation, they might see Pence as more to their liking. Even Richard Nixon didn’t have articles of impeachment sent to the full floor of the House by the House Judiciary Committee nor was Clinton impeached this soon.

How would Democrats impeach Trump when they are in the minority in both Houses of Congress? You need a majority in the House to impeach and a 2/3s majority in the Senate to convict.
It’s only 26 days into the Trump Presidency (I know seems like a lot longer). But give Mr Trump more time and the GOP time to come around and allow time for investigations into his and his team’s activities and his knowledge of things and when he knew. And as Trump’s approval continues to decline beyond his most ardent holdouts (Being mindful of his pronouncement of shooting someone and not losing support) and if Republicans in the Houses of Congress begin to see Trump as an embarrassment to their party and the nation, they might see Pence as more to their liking. Even Richard Nixon didn’t have articles of impeachment sent to the full floor of the House by the House Judiciary Committee nor was Clinton impeached this soon.

NYT jumped on top of the rubbish too, what a surprise… Not.

Many of Trump’s aides were private citizens, and had business dealings in Russia. The article mentions - Manafort again, then Carter Page, a businessman and former foreign policy adviser and Roger Stone, which is just funny. Who else was the DOJ tapping…

As the article states “The officials interviewed in recent weeks said that, so far, they had seen no evidence of such cooperation (with Russia).”

The dossier again.

Who will be next on the hit list? Rex Tillerson, although they have already tried that haven’t they?

It’s so predictable at this point.

What’s that saying? Where there’s smoke, there’s fire? Just so many questions. What did and when did Trump know? What do the Russians have on him? Why has he spent so much time praising Putin? He says for better relations except he doesn’t leap the same praise on China for better relations with them?

Democrats celebrating the demise of one their own.

GLBTQ and other minorities—beware!

All it it says is the left is so blinded by hate and anger against Trump they have made claims that would make Alex Jones blush.

They’re like sharks they smell and taste blood in the water, no matter how tiny the drop.

They weren’t intending to hit Flynn like this because he’s a Democrat. They’ve been focusing on Sessions because he’s an old, white male from the South and fits the narrative better–and why they are taking great pains to avoid discussing Ben Carson.

But since Flynn become “less trusthworthy” and resigned, the left will take what they can get–which is anything—to undermine President Donald J. Trump.

Throwing their own under the bus for the sake of the agenda is standard operating procedure.

Can they do that? I mean, was the tapping legal or not?

Short of a very large danger to the country, there is no chance of impeachment prior to the midterm election. I hope both President Trump and the people of this country know just how much the media will be trying to influence that election for that very purpose. However, if the President commits an act that is impeachable, I hope Congress has the courage to act.

Hillary lied to the FBI, Congress and the American people and nothing happened to her.
Didn’t Donald Trump say that she should be prosecuted? So wouldn’t the consistent thing be to see to Flynn’s prosecution, or was he a campaign donor?

Isn’t it also possible, even probable, that it was the Russions that were being monitored and that Trump’s people kept showing up on their caller IDs?
