Let’s not be naive here, he still has flaws. (Which is not to say that I support Obama or the like.)

That woman has lost her mind. 🤣
"…Meanwhile, Trump has been divorced twice and paid off a porn star to keep quiet about an alleged affair that happened while he was with his current wife…"

@BoomerangToo

Saving Christians from genocide is no small matter as he has done in Iraq and in Syria and in all honesty, his predecessors, the 2 should take responsibility for what they have done.

He’s been the most pro-life president:

North Korea was firing missiles willy-nilly at people, possible nuclear confrontation.

@BoomerangToo 🤣

I do expect my points to be rebutted and instead of just making fun of people.

Who is more Biblical and Godly among presidents if one is going to take such a stance?

I’ll take pro-life measures any day over some affair from 40 years ago.

Oh and for the record, anyone who drags up adultery stories, I think anyone who votes for pro-abortion politicians does worse. Capiche?

Add in record low unemployment levels for some minorities and the shrinkage of the welfare roles by millions btw.

Lots of past presidents were pro-life. So far, only one president is an admitted “kitty”-grabber, who refers to his own daughter as a nice piece of a$$.

OK, he might be a “biblical” president. Cain. King Saul. Judas Iscariot. King Herod. Yeah, he might be biblical.

You just speak nothing but hearsay… and again, I repeat, anyone who votes for the pro-aborts does worse in my view. Meaning the Democrat party.

Jesus told us to forgive 7 x 70 times. So, I question what you say. I believe forgiving is Christian. You talk of nothing but locker room talk. So?

I do believe that anyone who makes such accusations as they do should tell us they have never voted for Democrats in the last 30 years, national ticket at least. Then, we can be convinced of their sincerity.

It’s also wrong to bear false witness.

@BoomerangToo Good, if you claim you have never voted for pro-abortion politicians, if that is what you are saying. I do believe God forgives and some things are more important to God such as the sanctity of life.

The information is in that post. I don’t see what more one wants, the Susan B Anthony link.

Anyway, Martin Luther King’s neice and other pro-life leaders say so.

That’s just basic human decency. And the article you chose takes a lot of stabs at him too.

Or perhaps King Cyrus who the bible refers to as “righteous” even though he remained pagan.

I’m not a Bachmann fan, but she’s right on this one when it comes to actions. Lots of politicians have a lot of pretty words but do nothing for the prolife cause. Trump actually acts in a prolife way. So, he has been a sinner. Lots of people are. Jesus said even the just man sins seven times/day. But yes, there are the righteous neo-puritans who claim they never sin. For them, I think something Chesterton said about the Catholic Church fits:

"The Catholic Church is for saints and sinners. For the merely respectable, the Anglican church will do.’

Is Michele Bachmann launching a new career as a stand-up comic?
I hope you are as critical of other politicians. Very Christian to say such a thing.

Hey, in part, because of the last 2 administrations, Christianity might never really come back in Syria and Iraq, the Christians fled, converted or were killed but at least, they have some sort of a chance.

This is nothing to sneeze at.

Nor is the fact, that Trump is combating the abortion extremism of the Democratic party who would even vote against a bill outlawing infanticide.

If he’s doing something to help Christians in the Middle East I’m all for it (incidentally all U.S. interventions in the Middle East tend to lead to Christians there getting the shaft, cf the 2nd Gulf War), but calling a man with no moral center Biblical is on the face of it absurd. It creates a level of cognitive dissonance that is unsupportable.

That’s your view. Many share it but there are a number of people who say similar or even stronger than what Michelle Bachmann says.

North Korea still firing off missiles willy-nilly at neighbors. Not happening.

Planned Parenthood having money taken from them? Yes.

Religious liberties restored? Again, the record is not perfect but its better and it’s a lot better scenario than what had been going on.

In the end, they say, none of us have a right to judge what’s in the heart of others.

And besides, I think what others say of him is very petty. None of us would like being recorded without our knowledge and some people might say “boys will be boys” things often.

He’s a billionaire, who is to say women do not fling themselves at him for attention?

Hearsay??? We are referring to his own direct boasts and quotes.

You can like his policies. I myself applaud the concrete pro-life steps his administration has taken. But the man has publicly lived a very immoral life from a Catholic standpoint… and continues to sling vile insults on twitter that all Christians should condemn. This isn’t liberal media we are talking about… these are his own tweets and words.

I don’t understand this obsession with some of his followers to make him out to be a saint. Support his polices? Fine. Applaud his pro-life actions? Great. But the man is a first class creep.

@twf It’s a cult of personality, in my humble opinion.

So, there are things that he said in 2004 and you use it against him? “Obsession”? Now, we are in the gutter.

Christianity means a lot to me, Christianity has been in Syria and Iraq since shortly after Christ. To think, the lack of commitment to the war in Iraq under Bush but maybe especially under Obama has threatened Christians and indeed, other groups with extinction says a lot to me. Congress and the international community has debated genocide in regards to these people, If it is asserted as genocide, there has to be military action per international law. And yes, by the end of the Obama administration, some positive steps were being taken.

Barack Obama voted against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act 4 different times. The Democrats in congress voted against it, almost as a whole, against legislation that would protect infants who survive abortion.

But Trump is a first class creep? Have you ever described these others as that? Obama?
