Don’t take the bait. If he keeps approaching you at work file a complaint with HR. Remember laws do not favor Christians anymore. So if this turns sour , you will take the hit pretty soon.

Pray for him though and if need be , have a meal in a public location to discuss the faith.

Jesus, second person of the Trinity can talk to Father, first person of the Trinity. The Father is not the son or the spirit, the Son is not the Father or the Spirit and the Spirit is not the Father or the son. But all are God.

Maybe if you feel lead to to keep hush and be kind to him. Show a Christ-like example. Pray for him. if you gave him answers maybe he would not hear them right now.

Didn’t Moses write the OT stories about Adam, Noah and Abraham long after they died. Does this mean those stories must be false since they weren’t written at the time the person lived?

The Bible says differently. But your friend doesn’t accept the Bible or event that Jesus existed so why is he even arguing this one.

Could he please show us how majority of white leaders = racism?

Pretty much anything on the Trinity. He would need to understand what we mean by the trinity before you could even start on this one.

Maybe see if he would agree to a civil back and forth conversation over a couple of beers. Tell him you could each present questions and or answers about each others religious beliefs and present information to one another. Maybe set up a ground rule that each unkind word is a one minute penalty in the time allotted to speak.

Why on earth not? Work can be one of the only places many people have to share ideas and have discussions - depending on the job.

If my co-workers want to discuss religion or politics with me, then I’m happy to oblige.

This is distinct from foisting a conversation on someone who doesn’t want it.

These questions deserve to be their own topic. Would you like to post them separately in another thread? It’s difficult to follow along when there’s so many different topics in one thread.
I am glad you’re here asking questions so that you learn your faith. Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Light. For this men crucified him and they continue to do so today. Don’t be surprised if people have wacky ideas about him. There is a battle for souls going on and has been going on since Adam and Eve.
