These are really garden variety objections & good ones to be able to actually understand, think through and address. They aren’t great challenges to the faith. Any number of apologetic sites will provide assistance.

If you were to play that game with respect to your co-worker’s beliefs, there would be more difficult questions for him to address.

That’s a parallel and it isn’t enough to discredit whether or not God could do that.

Jesus told the Apostles to baptize all the nations.
Catholics are racists because of majority white leaders.
Racism is a sin in the Catechism and a majority are white because Catholicism has its roots in Europe and America for the past few centuries and the people there are mostly fair-skinned.
 
Tell him that Jesus Christ was God come to earth and that his Mohammed is but a prophet, one of many.
 
Speed the line up if you are on a factory floor, find more work if there is so much time to talk. for example.

Engaging in these type of debates is not fruitful. He will have rebuttals for all your rebuttals and it will become a circular and pointless discussion. Why not focus on the similarities. Turn the conversation on its head, for example

2. Can you worship God and follow God?

3. Since your religion is good and you worship and follow God,

**are you able to love your neighbors or other people like yourselves?

**If reply is Yes then you say DO THAT. Our Lord Jesus wants us to do so too. Live in peace.

**If reply is NO. Sorry we do not have same God or same teaching.
Tell him that it’s not appropriate to be arguing about religion at work, and if he can’t respect that then you’ll have to report him for HR.

I think mohammad is a preacher from dark side more than a prophet. Mohammad is an antichrist, lived not by quite Spirit, but still with flesh and the flesh is sin. Jesus is the Light, antichrist must be from the darkness. This is the fact I understand not by my own judgement.

it’s widely known to be a total work fauxpaus, and downright against some company policies.
 
I don’t think being either a faux pas or being contrary to company policy is a defensible reason for not discussing matters of faith, should you & a co-worker choose to.

It’s a very sensible policy. Everyone is under the same rule – no discrimination. No one is feeling forced into discussions/arguments they don’t want – no “hostile work environment.”
And most of all, your employer is paying you to work. It’s unethical to be using that paid time for non-work-related activities.
 
I’m sure there’s a few rules god would be ok with you breaking. If you get fired so be it. This is not my situation because this man would not report anything and even if he did I’m friends with everyone above me. The law says workplace must reasonably accommodate religion. In my opinion, our religion says to spread the gospel when the opportunity arises, therefore this would be a reasonable accommodation. Jesus said make disciples of all nations. Notice at the end of that sentence it does not say “unless you are at work.”
 
He has too many issues, I would avoid discussing religion with him. I would politely tell him to consider medication.

Each of us has a right to a harrassment free workplace. This means that the Buddhist cannot harass the beliefs of the Wiccan, the Wiccan cannot harass the beliefs of the Christian, in general that rude people cannot harass, belittle, or persecute their co-workers. This leads to a productive work environment.
 
Alternatively, by not being permitted to discuss certain - fundamental & important - topics, everyone is being discriminated against equally.

You’re conflating being forced into discussion versus choosing to & wanting to have a discussion. Different scenarios.

As for non-work related conversations between employees being unethical…I’m not sure what type of work environment you’re used to but if conversation isn’t getting in the way of you doing your job, it’s not remotely unethical.

It is very unethical if it’s violating company policy.
 
If a company policy says not to spread Jesus the policy is unethical.
