  1. When Harry Met Sally
  2. Bufallo 66
  3. Tokyo Story
  4. Some like it Hot
  5. Arsenic and old Lace

Notti di Cabiria is my favorite Fellini and my favorite performance by Giulietta Masina.
Well done.

How about films I really ought to have seen by now…?
1 - Casablanca
2 - It’s a Wonderful Life
3 - Joker
4 - Dirty Dancing
5 - A Streetcar Named Desire

  1. The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
  2. Alien and Aliens.
  3. The Star Trek Spock/Genesis trilogy (The Wrath of Khan, The Search for Spock, and The Voyage Home). In fact I believe any of the first 10 Star Trek movies (original cast and TNG) would qualify for this list.
  4. Singin’ in the Rain.
  5. The Mask of Zorro.
I’m sure I could add to this list.

I’m sure I’ve seen this at least 5 times. I have the original DVD release from the early 2000’s, when they had that whole fiasco about the misframing of Parts 2 and 3. I did take advantage of the replacement disc program. Looking to upgrade to Blu-ray/4K in October as a birthday present to myself - Universal is releasing it on that format on October 20th. Might go for the steelbook from Best Buy.

@fredystairs and your list doesn’t include Top Hat or The Gay Divorcée?

Can’t say that that I’ve seen either of those.

I’ve seen My Man Godfrey a couple of times and thought it was a hoot.

Wizard of Oz
White Christmas
Christmas in Connecticut
Tombstone
Terms of Endearment
Many many more…
