I just snarfed down a 21 oz. Salmon, uncooked, and a few gulps of water.

You do know you can get tapeworm from raw salmon ,don’t you…?
There was a warning given some time back about sushi…

Yah well, some day they will be a popular means of staying thin? 😃 Just has not caught on, yet.

Besides that, tape worms don’t much go for the small stomachs of birds, anyways. Worms fear most all birds and would have no desire to take up permanent residence.

I think it already has…there’s good knowledge…and not so good…

Some quack was selling “Sanitized Tape Worms” back in the early 1900s, but it didn’t catch on mostly likely because it killed the patients.

I have a tough choice for breakfast today.

Waffles or pancakes? It will probably be pancakes because I am to lazy to drag out the waffle iron.

Whatever I choose will be served with 2 sausage links, coffee, and tomato juice.

Nothing yet unless you count toothpaste a food or beverage. (I don’t.)

Getting ready to go to the hospital for my test. Not sure if I have to eat something there (like the last test) or not. But I’m going for KFC after the test is over.

Good luck, Lily! If you fancy KFC, you must be feeling better!

With the top of my mouth all stitched, I’m usually limited to oatmeal or a protein shake, but I could manage pancakes. I’m too lazy to make them, though. Shame on me! Hope you enjoyed them!

Recipe, please! I’m always looking for a good brownie recipe… 😋

Did I say a salmon was not a fish? We osprey don’t go for worms, anyways, but they are too stupid to know the difference. Osprey have a diet of 95% fish.

Forgoing my more native diet, I had a Chai with 2 shots of espresso cause I needed a bit of a kick this morning. (Best to avoid putting to much espresso in your chai as the chai taste goes away.)

For breakfast, then, I had just a turkey sandwich on sprouted grain bread. It’s not the yummiest thing for breakfast, but it’s pretty healthy and good sustained energy. (very low glycemic index)

I get sleepy way too easily but for wakefulness, this is a pretty good breakfast. Normally, I have orange juice earlier in the morning but keep it away from my chai/espresso by an hour at least.

I was feeling better til I went through that test. Very painful.

We don’t have a KFC near us which is why I want it. The nearest KFC is close to the hospital. After my test/study, I got there before it opened. I ordered 3 breast meals (one was for my mother who stayed home because the weather was so wet), the $5 Fill Up Meals.

Also went to Captain D’s and redeemed some points on my Rewards card. Also got a “The Captain” sandwich and fries. Love that.

All of these meals should keep me out of trouble through tomorrow. This is going under the assumption I can enjoy them. Still waiting to see if the pain from the test/study increases or decreases.

You were talking about it being safe to eat raw salmon because tapeworms do not like birds. You didn’t mention fish! Confusing. At least for me. 😮

Glad you got the hospital test done, Lily, sorry it was painful. I hope the pain decreases rapidly.

I had a chocolate-banana smoothie.
