I ate at an Ethiopian restaurant the other day, one of the more interesting meals I’ve had in a while.

Last thing I ate was an apple, and I had a glass of grapefruit juice a while before that.

For last night’s dinner I made a large soup pot of home-made ham and bean soup, and I served it with some dinner rolls. I had some Diet Caffeine-Free Diet Pepsi to drink with it.

Date night…hit the Mexican restaurant…we are such regulars there that they gave us ‘Cinco de Mayo’ T-shirts that they sell to everyone else…Chips and salsa/pico de gallo, Carnitas chipotle [roasted pork in a very tasty chipotle sauce], charro beans, rice, tortillas, and a nice salad…washed down with a tall Dos Equis ambar…

After today’s PET scan, my friend and I went to Krystal. I got the 12 Krystal deal since I knew I wasn’t going to feel like cooking when I got home. 12 Krystals, 2 fries, a bowl of chili (first time I’ve had their chili) and 2 Cokes was a nice treat since I haven’t been to Krystal in ages. (Yes, I have leftovers.)

Been preparing my containers for gardening. I have basil, thyme, mint and parsley ready to plant. If I don’t get them planted today, it’ll be early tomorrow.

Since the Sprite was 7.5 oz, I’ll probably have another Coke in honor of my Moodies induction into the RRHOF last Saturday (John looked gorgeous as always and Justin said he was induced. )

Now I’m laughing so hard I may have add some Gatorade to my bevvies.

I’ll tell them for you, ConstantLearner. Oh, Denny gave a good speech too. But he didn’t take part in any of the songs. And Graeme’s hair. Longer since last tour. And Mike was there! Yay!!! They had a huge photo of Ray whose presence was sorely missed. But I know he was smiling at his band mates from Heaven.

yes, it has an aftertaste. i tried to eliminate the aftertaste by adding a shot of wild turkey 101, a little better. i never tried wild turkey before but a store going-out-of-business near me had it at 50% off so i bought a bottle to finally try. i’ll stick to buffalo trace.

Green tea with ginseng and honey. Then I will probably hit the hay. It’s been a long Moodyful day. A week later and everyone is still flying high from the Moodies induction into the RRHOF last Saturday @11pm.
