NBC to mock the Crucifixion of Christ

NBC, fresh from giving us the anti-Christian The Book of Daniel, has decided to hit back at the Christian community by presenting an episode of Will and Grace which mocks the crucifixion of Christ.

On the April 13 edition of NBC’s Will and Grace, Britney Spears will appear as a Christian conservative sidekick to Sean Hayes’ homosexual character, Jack, who hosts his own talk show.

Jack’s fictional network, Out TV, is bought by a Christian TV network, leading to Spears contributing a cooking segment called “Cruci-fixin’s.” To further denigrate Christianity, NBC chose to air it the night before Good Friday.

NBC does not treat Jews, Muslins or other religions with such disrespect. Yet the network demonstrates a deep of hostility toward followers of Christ.

I suppose I should be shocked, but sadly-I’m not. I did send a letter to NBC.

For me, I think it is time to pull the plug.

That really makes me sick! I signed the letter to NBC, and I also alerted The Catholic League in case they haven’t heard of this yet.

I signed the letter. I became absolutely nauseated reading about this. So sad.

I have forwarded this to others.
Thanks for letting us know.

  1. That show is dead anyhow and this will burry it further.
  2. Basically it is the same show over and over. Its repetitive and stupid.
  3. NBC is going down the tubes already.

Forced to pull its highly touted new show “The Book of Daniel” last week because of charges its portrayal of Jesus was blasphemous, NBC is pushing the envelope again with news Britney Spears will guest star on “Will & Grace” as a conservative who hosts on a Christian TV network a cooking segment called “Cruci-fixin’s.”

Please tell me this is a hoax.
No, this is NOT a hoax.
I heard this on the radio during the network news. It’s real, it’s a real blaspheny to Our Lord…and on Holy Thursday too!
They KNEW just what day to put this episode on the air!

Will they ever get it? :banghead:
I do not know. However, saying that, I may have a way to get NBC to watch it. Being a huge NASCAR fan, I think if enough of us fabs write the governing body, me may get results due to many of the second half races being on NBC. NASCAR fans tend to be stronger Christians and do not take lightly to this type of stuff.

They are ruining the entertainment value of TV, which IMO is in the negative numbers now.
I’m sure the sponsors will be the next to feel the wrath.

Not only do I hope the Catholic League gets on this, but with all the **** that NBC puts out, I’m considering not even tuning in to their channel at all anymore.

They nominate movies that most people aren’t going to see due to a gay rights agenda of theirs in Hollyweird. They don’t care that they aren’t earning that much money on these movies. I guess NBC is taking the same strategy. We can all boycott, send letters and ruin their numbers. Maybe they will get the message. I quit watching TV sitcoms a few years ago and I haven’t missed them.

I sent an email. Thanks for the heads up on this. I hope a lot of people send emails to this quickly degenerating network, NBC.

This is the last gasp of “Will and Grace”. The show isn’t coming back in the fall. The “Cruci-fixin’s” episode will most likely be one of the last few of the entire series to air. Just let the show die, already. The last thing they need is higher ratings after enticing viewers over “the episode the Christian Right doesn’t want you to see!”

Nauseated doesn’t even describe my reaction this one was enough to make me throw up.

If i wasn’t on a large contract, i’d cancel my cable now…. I’m so sick of TV but my plan is to cancel the cable when I can afford it, then by a DVD and VHS player and just rent movies that I want to watch…none of this mediochre stupid mindless tv…enough with my mini rant!
